I bet 50% of the player base boot the game back up just to clap Adam Smasher cheeks with their own hands.
Makes me wish that Phantom liberty wasn't the only expansion releasing.
This game has always been good and people mad because it wasn't hyped up to E3 promises make me laugh. They never keep 100% of the promises just look at bethesda. Most things were blown up by youtubers spouting bs things that the game would be. like some of these "gamers" really need to learn by now that its better just ignore game development updates. And play the game for themselves.
I play on ps5 and I bought i the game over a year ago. With the edge runner show and update I finally feel motivated enough to play the game and I’ve been loving it so far

I’m so happy that Edgerunners is helping people come back to Cyberpunk. The bugs were god awful but the actual meat of the story, world, and characters are as good as CDPR has ever done.
Edgerunners was a huge win for CDPR.
I really fell and love with the game after TWO major things:
1. I started builing my character and invested points in BODY REFLEX AND TECH ignoring INTELLIGENCE
2. I finished Judy quest, River's quest and utter breakthrough with Kerry's and Mayor (abosolute goat) subsequent quests
I hope there is gonna be a season 2 with a different main character

I am grateful to be a cyberpunk 2077 fan, and that makes my heart smile that they are doing so well. Such an amazing game and quality recovery for the development of this game. Finally people appreciate it, as much as I have since the release..

At over 81,000 as I'm typing and hit 88,000 earlier this morning here in Florida.👌 People that sat back and listened to other people saying it's a horrible game don't play it. Well guess what? The sheep are waking up.
Night city is the most immersive open world game ever made hands down and it has some of the best gunplay out of any shooter ive played not just single-player. The amount of magic being done to hide lod transitions and stream this much geometry is just insane & miles ahead of other AAA open world games. Maybe this game will get the respect it deserves in 10 years when the average perosn actually has a pc that can run it at max settings.

i played this on my xbox one when it came out, tbh it was tough to play with a lot of frame drops and sometimes my character just glitched and frozen in place, but throughout all that i completed it the first 2 weeks and i had a blast playing it. I hope this game gets the recognition it needs

May very well be like New Vegas after the expansion comes out for 2077. Bumpy start, great end. I'll always love this game but the idea of it being made even better is a nice one.
Hope the next game will be a sequal, lets all agree this game was kind of crap and also epic, like the music and graphics are out of this world, but sadly rushed cos of treath all over and people crying everyday to get it out. Imagine a new cyberpunk 2078 on a real engine 5 and all mistakes corrected from day 1… just hope it wount take 5-6 years cos we are all getting older😂😂

Not bad given the game's track record.
But probably not enough for CDPR's suits to change their minds of dropping it like a brick post expansion.
I started after the release of 1.6. This game is a blast. Storywise, it's so rich. Yeah, I think the game have so much potencial, even a multiplayer, better AI, new cyberhack or deamon, weapons, gameplay, ect. The game is good, lot of potencial to become even better that many game on the market if the developper really put much more love. I hope TRIGGER Will do a second second, like True detective, with a new cast of cyberpunk to follow in nightcity. That would be truly awesome!
Happy to see this game get even a partial redemption. Night City itself is an astounding achievement: each district truly feels unique; each has a character of its own. Still, more immersive options would definitely be welcome. CP2077 could have been better, true, but what’s there now is excellent. I’ll be truly happy if CDPR is able to take it and Night City to the next level in a sequel.

I'm not playing because of edgerunners infact I think the anime blows, I just finally got a computer that can run games I want to play and it was on sale, the game is fantastic and it's a shame so many people blindly curse the game despite being more than playable and extremely enjoyable.

I wish this was a single player online game. Meaning they updated this game for next gen monthly lol the amount of content this city deserves is crazy.
Technical and minor bugs aside that we can see massive improvement that he game is getting good, i'm pretty sure everyone just wants to have a piece with adam smasher after what he just did on edgerunners lmfao.
If this is the only expansion, all I have to say is, I hope it’s the biggest one they’ve done yet. Hopefully bigger than blood and wine (which is the best dlc from any game I’ve ever played). One dlc doesn’t have to mean it’s going to just be a small little 15 hour expansion. They could leave the engine with a Big Bang, a huge expansion. I’m hopeful atleast.

They have done a lot and have it a complete game now.
