Perk points to spend: since you have maximum body anyway, and set difficulty on hard, you might want to check out adrenaline, it is an extra layer of survival. It is like… a biotic barrier or similar, which you get once you lose health or use a health item.

As you mentioned getting Contagion – Use it in conjunction with overheat. Contagion first, then overheat will result in a fire explosion. Its the best.
Cyberpunk Edgerunners is such a good show, I cannot recommend it enough. It complements game, showing cyberpunk world from different perspective. Also the most fun shotguns in the game is a gun used by one of the characters from anime. It can be found laying down under some bush in city center (round thing in the centre of corpo plaza, above tower bombing memorial).
Would you try a racing mission someday? Preferably before phantom liberty…please?

I like the idea of the Streetkid Lifepath having its own unique fixer, but CDPR didn't do nearly as much with it as they should have, IMO. Each Lifepath should have had a unique fixer, and some unique gigs too, just to make the replay experience more worthwhile. Buck is a pretty tough opponent…and a terrible loser. All of the boxing matches have some interesting angles, as you've discovered. The O'Five rifle is a lot of fun too. Heh…Regina should offer double pay if you keep one of her pet cyberpsychos alive, just to encourage V. NGL, I find Regina to be kind of stingy in her payouts, considering you are going up against some pretty tough mini-bosses. Tamara's email convo refers to 'Lely'…a name you'll meet sooner or later, if you haven't already.
Considering how long V was wearing the previous gear, and what awful things she trawled through wearing it, I can only hope that the laundromat in Megabuilding H10 has a "thermonuclear" setting.
Kingdom Come, which you should totally play next and which is getting a sequel later this year, had that as a mechanic. If you don't wash your self and/or your clothes often enough, they get filthy and people react less favourably to you because they think you're a stinky unwashed peasant.

Edgerunners totally worth watching! And hopefully that braindance is not copyrighted on YouTube hehe. Also I feel like we haven't done a main quest in so long!
