I agree, I think Cyberpunk was really hyped up before its release and then it was not as good as players hoped

I completed it…and am waiting for next gen update for next playthrough..and by then alot of bugs should be fixed

This game is way to overhated, yes it had a rough launch but it's fine now. They got it fixed quickly and it's a very story driven game.

I agree cyberpunk player base dropping isn’t anything new because it’s a single player rpg game.

the choices dont matter as much as they should, thats the actual problem. game needs a "Blood And Wine" style dlc asap.
The failure of this game makes me grateful that I got rid of my PS4.
They been working on this game for like what 7 to 8 years by now and yet still gots issues.
Good take Alex. It's really pretty simple… PC was the least buggy platform so a lot of PC gamers played the game for the last month and finished it, period. Even though many people want to do 2nd and 3rd play-throughs, given the open world and expansive amount of content, many are probably waiting until the big patches, fixes, and added content that will make playing it later this year an even greater experience. Much like The Witcher 3, this game will have a long tail and only get better over time.

That's sad if red dead beats Cyberpunk 277 then gta5 and 4 beats it by so much Cyberpunk is lacking everything rn but mostly the open world part about the game like there are no fun activities you can do whenever u want besides kill and get lots of money for no reason gta beats Cyberpunk by a lot and in my opinion red dead was pretty good that's a old western game and Cyberpunk is a futuristic open world rpg but gta literally has everything in side the game without restrictions and gta is the only game that I can compare this game to really Cyberpunk doesn't even feel like an rpg game gta has more and is better I thought Cyberpunk was going to go crazy with character choice impact and customization I thought it was going to be sorta kinda like the witcher how there's really good dialogue and I also thought it was going to be a rag to riches game where u climb your way up to the top and be a boss I really got disappointed when I found out corpo, nomad, and street kid didn't matter in the story or game we all have the same gameplay the same cyberware the same outcome I thought this game was going to be like how dragon age was with the dialogue and different paths and choices I wish this game was at least onpar with gta, gta has boats air crafts tattoos shops and you can even rob local mini stores for kash plus u can change the camo of your wepon and change the color of your phone in gta like Cyberpunk really has restrictions in the game cuz it's not finished but the dlc should be really really good i still believe in CDPR
There is no role playing in Cyberpunk you cannot be who u want to be u have to be v and live Vs story or chose how u want to live u can't even have a NPC girlfriend or friend or enemy they said u can talk to random NPCs and romance them make them your friend have convos with them man so much things got cut from Cyberpunk they had 7 years to make this game there's no way this game should be this buggy this game can be so much more and such a big game rockstar makes it look easy how they create game but obviously it's not but if u have made a game b4 and then u can do it bigger or better than b4 or close to the same I really don't want this game to die but I love the photo mode in the game the shooting and the 3rd person car rides I think the game in general should have been 3rd person cuz that would give them ideas to actually make talking NPCs and fighting mechanics, romancing mechanics and much more if the game was 3rd person the sword fighting could have been closer to the witcher and they could of just made up the gun play mechanics and styles the cinematic cut scenes for Cyberpunk would have been really interesting and fun bc I bet players would love to look at their character they made bc that's really the only customization you get and the cutscenes would be a good idea for getting a drink or something to eat instead of pausing it or just standing there and letting the game play I hope the dlc has more places to go and just everything the game is missing and everything it won't let u do actually let u do and fix NPCs and have more romance options other than 2 joy toys like actually have a girlfriend u meet within the game and live with them or them live with u go on dates and buy more houses or apartment or mansions have barber shops have tattoo shops make it a actually liveable world to really put your character u make and yourself in the game the life paths are bullshit it's meaningless really ending are to my suggestions and demands are so unreal this game is fucked Cyberbugg had a bad launch 7-8 years in the making and red dead a old western game is better than a futuristic game gta is unbeatable no company is trying do or even trying to beat what gta has done gta is still in top and that game was made in 2013 horizon zero Dawn was a really good open world game but not on par with the violence GTA had
I pre-ordered, and I’m waiting a good 6 or so months before I start playing. I know many other people who are doing this too – waiting to play until it’s fixed, rather than refunding. I think that when major patches release, player count will rise.
I feel like it's the players fault, sending death threats to the creators of the game because they didnt get what they wanted on time is not going to make it better. If they would've been patient it would've been fine
Its definitely a big deal. A player base dropping less than a month is abysmal. A player base is supposed to grow not drop.
