  1. Rich: Just fall over cd project red and get sued by investors.

Investors: Yeah we rushed cd project to release the game, anyways were getting are money regardless.

Gamers: We want Witcher 4 now!!!

Cd project developers: You told us to give us all our money to lawsuits so now we dont have the funding anymore.

Rich's logic in a nutshell lol.

  3. As much as I want CD Projekt Red 2 face legal repercussions 4 this (cuz they deserve it), I don’t think they will, mostly because big companies like this have amazing lawyers that r very good at pleasing their case. Just look at the tobacco industry; they do it all the time: a lawsuit is made against the company, or a piece of evidence is found that would make tobacco illegal, and then the lawyers show up and sweep that evidence under the rug so far that no 1 even hears abt it at all. It’s really sad, but it’s the truth

  4. Why are the holidays that much of a factor in rushing a product? It's really not all about the holidays, and there's already a history of games that were screwed over because of this ridiculous urge. Most notably Sonic 06

  5. FYI, these are lawsuits by investors, basically saying they misrepresented the state of the game to investors. This is not a product liability lawsuit, so they are not necessarily saying there are no problems with the product (and it should be noted they still admit there were problems with Cyberpunk 2077). It should also be noted that it's highly likely the two lawsuits will be merged, as they're both class action lawsuits about the same thing. If you want more detail, I recommend watching Hoeg Law's videos, that go into the actual legal documents in detail.

  6. For the people who held on to their copies of Cyberpunk 2077, and i'm sure there's a lot of them, I would want CDPR to fight the lawsuits so they have money to fix the game so they're not fully and completely screwed over

  7. I know it sucks for older systems and they should have released it next gen only. It’s a little buggy but I love it. I do it’s a great game and it’s hopefully only gonna get better.
