Cyberpunk 2077 may have taken a while to get good, but now that it apparently is, I figured itโs time for me to try it out again.

Whoo! Cyberpunk! Glad to see you trying it again. I've played a lot of it and enjoyed it. Much better driving than it used to be, though some cars do still suck.
I picked up the game at the 1.5/1.6 update and it was good then. It's much better at 2.0 and now at 2.11. Loads of fun. If you can get Phantom Liberty, I recommend it.
Glad to hear the game is finally playable without (too many) bugs ๐๐๐ผ Also enjoyed seeing the character design, it looked like fun. Character designing might be my favorite part in games ๐ค
I bought this at launch (a bit before actually) but never got past the intro, GPU simply wasn't good enough. This year I will finally get to play it through to the finish (having finally finished Witcher 3… yea, I know).
About clothing: as soon as you possess any piece of clothing, it's in your wardrobe options forever. Feel free to break down (or sell) anything you find. There are a few pieces (for head, face, and the two upper torso slots) that have some stat benefits though, like armour and quickhacking boosts, so it's worth keeping the best of those you find in each category.
Glad you're playing the game. Honestly, it was my personal game of the generation long before the 2.0 update, which – along with Phantom Liberty – have really improved it. Still a few bugs, of course, but truly a phenomenal game. Hope you enjoy it!
i picked this game back up too recently after hearing about all the major updates the dlc especially was phenominal with all the extra content that was added and being able to mod the hell out of it , i've never enjoyed open world games that much but cyberpunk has to be my favorite game right now
Do you use DLSS?
You should if you don't.
DLSS Quality.
60%-80% performance
improvement in my experience at negligible picture quality hit.
In some games it actually improves picture quality.
For awhile it was problematic in CP2077 at 1080p , but it improved
DLSS2.5(not called that way in game)or whatever is latest version of DLSS2 is significant improvement over what was in 2020 so it should be fine even at 1080p.
When I used 3060Ti(2080 Super level card)I used it in conjustion with 1440p @mostly High settings and Raytraced Reflections so I do not have 1080p experience with it.
Witchery 3 in 2024 be interesting
