if you install the Cyber Engine Tweaks mod, it will give you a performance boost, and it gives you an in-game lua console. Using the console you can do things like giving yourself money, giving yourself weapons, you can basically give yourself anything. There are also commands to set your Attribute levels, so if you made a mistake, you could use the console to change up your attribute value.
