I was having *thee hardest time glitching through that f'n door (couldn't make it happen in over an hr!). Found a lil trick, eventually, that worked for me in 2 tries! Call a 2nd vehicle from your "garage" & park in on the passenger door of the car your using to glitch through the grate. This kinda forces the game to make you exit the drivers-side. Boom.
Fun fact once you're in you can just walk out the front door if you don't mind taking the time to go back down, instead of jumping off the building XD
Does this still work if you haven't been in the building for several in game weeks? Will the sword still be there?
UPDATE all of this is pointless , you get it naturally DURING A LATER MISSION CALLED THE HEIST. Its not even that fat into the game at all. I wasted ages trying to glitch into this building , believing these stupid videos

Does it only work with the black car?
Just sprint and slide down, you take no fall damage sliding all the way down. Just use the big transformators for a short sprint and instantly slide down. I needed 2 slides but I was down in seconds.

After this glitch I was and am still able to enter and exit through the main gate 🤣🤣🤣
Slide off the railing over the edge heading North, you don't take fall damage if you are in slide animation when you hit the ground. I jump and done.

How does anyone have the time and patience to figure all this out? The car at the entrance and the last jump upwards have to be at very precise angles. No matter what I did, I couldn't manage the jump into the water, perhaps it's because I'm on ps4. I then simply went down the same way I came up. Thanks for coming up with this video.
Just go down the same way you went up. Elevators are active.

For anyone that reads… when I did this I didn’t go through the end part of the tutorial, I went back the way I came up and got out just fine, don’t know if it will work for everyone though.

6.13.2021 I can confirm the Car trick works but use DOUBLE CARS. It took me only 5 tries with 2 cars after 40min with 1.
7/16/21 I THINK this still works. I tried the double car method and was having a lot of trouble go I decided to jump on top of the car closest to the door your trying to glitch through and wiggle around and then the gate just opened and I’m inside. Didn’t glitch through, the door just opened. I’m guessing getting crushed by the car and the door the game figured I was in the building so it just opened the gate. Quite a surprise I must say. Good luck.
This is such a waste. Getting into the building isn't the issue. Its getting off. That aim, dodge, release aim and then dodge again does not work. At least not in the latest version. Now I'm stuck at the top and have to load an old save which means I can't get the katana
I tried it after the latest patch 1.23 and while I’m cramming my cars into the door it just opened by itself lol, I got in & out easy
theres another method, outside of the vent room where you could use before patched is a tree, you need to jump onto the top of the tree which is a little tricky, then double jump up onto the floor, the glass is not solid so don't worry lol
That jump from the vent shaft area onto the roof is killing me. I cant seem to get up anyway I try…
The doors don’t open anymore in new updates
It works but it's basically useless if you have the charge jump I just got all the way up there and spent two fucking hours trying to get threw that stupid room before the top thanks for the warning by the way
This no longer works, they put a giant fence on the waterfront.
Dont think you can do this anymore with the most recent patch the whole area is now flooded no ground and a wall with a invisible wall
I was struggling to get any method to work, but fortunately I didn't kill all the enemies on the way out. You can shoot through the screen until you agro them and they'll open the door when they get close to it. So happy to finish my stash wall!
I went all the way back down with the elevator and I just walked out of the front doors. There was no barricade anymore. I did use the tree trick instead of going in through the pipe doors since that opening is covered now. Climb the tree and try to grab unto of the ledges in the glass ceiling.
Still works om this day juat got it juat had to do things a little differently the vent area is closed off so you will have to ues the tree method
Getting into the building was different for me but I found a solution. I didn’t see any vehicles in the area, but I did see people near by the bars on the north side so I killed them which triggered the police. After running to the door a police drone came out of it unlocking it. 😀
