In some point you need to return the pistol or keep it but it will be forced to switch back to only tracking enemy's lower body after you kill over 50+ enemies with the skippy, which makes it a lot useless, so I returned to the fixer and got 8000 edies I think

Be careful when you choose the features. After 50 kills, the gun will switch to the other one and you're stuck with that forever. Suggestion: Choose the mode you don't like first, then after 50 kills, you'll get the mode you want. This gun is THAT whacked!
When you first find the gun, Select the "puppy pascifist mode" then after 50 kills, it will permantly lock in the headshot only mode. Perhaps the best smart weapon in the game due to the auto level scaling and guaranteed permanent headshots.
