I swear I had everything done and was about to do the Arasaka quest. Then I see this video full of fresh loot. I turned the game on so fast just now and got the first jackets in under 2 mins lol. Thanks!
Edit: One thing to mention, definitely save before you get up to the loot. That way you can reload the save if you see that these only have like 1-2 mod slots. I'm level 50, came up to it with 3 slots. I wanted 4 so I reloaded the save a few more times until I got a 4-slot jacket.
I'm the mission with the animals that killed a client's son I found an epic, which you might be able to reroll to legendary as the first time I saw it is was common, feline fine jacket
Multilayered Maroon Scales Syn-Coated Bomber. Found in the hotel that you go to for Gig: Serious Side Effects. In the room across from the laundry on the first floor. Not dependent on the gig. This one is badass looking
You might be able to roll slots on items by walking away and waiting 24 hr then approaching it again. Haven't tried it yet myself though but it's a thought

You can roll the pannam one and get 4 mod slots, just save it after you get out ofthe tube
You need to add the Militech Heavy Tactical Vest you can get in the same garage out behind the hotel in the mission “Radar Love”.

I like seeing some of the better clothing choices, but many of these aren’t “iconic.”
Legendary is just the quality of the item – anything can be legendary if you have the crafting spec. But only iconic items can be iconic.
