This Cyberpunk 2077 game guide video shows how to free Brick during The Pickup main job. You will have an opportunity to set him free while exploring the All Foods plant. He is being held in a locked room and you can use a nearby laptop to find the code – 9691.
A laser trap is aimed at Brick and he can die if it explodes. There are three main ways to free him:
1) Use your Tech Ability attribute on the trap – it has to be high enough
2) Use the scanner on the trap and deactivate it through hacking (2 RAM required)
3) Go back to the room with the laptop and find the detonator. Pick the second option to disarm the trap.
