That hat was one of the earliest Legendries found. Which was just as well, given how well it goes with just about any other piece of clothing in the game.
how far in the game do you have to be cause for me there is nothing up there for the hat.
I’m already over 100 hours in the game and I haven’t even finished the main campaign yet because I’m trying to finish all the side missions before, I didn’t even think It had so many clothes hidden in on the map, before I only thought that the hidden armor was just that of the nomad, corporate and street kid.
For those looking for the hat and it isn't there, it won't show up until you go to that exact location in a Panam side mission. And it won't be there until after that mission is completed .In two play throughs this has been the case both times.
You went past something interesting when you passed the barrier that had been knocked over
On the pier when getting a shirt look for the barrier thats been knocked off and has tired skid marks around it, there is something important in the water below
Since the media outfit isnt a full set i use it to make other legendarys that i like full like the nedia pants for the arasaka armor because there is a hat now that can be legendary for that and the shirt i use for the police outfit
