I'm thinking that V is an experiment for the secret club and Misty is mind controlled, so she keeps an eye on him/her for them. The Relic is basically the same thing as the mind control tec but overwrites individuals with ai so they are more willing to comply (which V is probably doing to a certain extend in the case of johnny at least. Or they're trying out how far they can go.) I can imagine that the club Mr. Blue Eyes is a part of, is trying to overwrite the majority of society with a program similar and customized to the individual so they're able to rule over the masses in an authoritarian way without them even being capable of finding out they've been manipulated to serve somebodies will.
I really need to play this game I taken 1 year brake from it. Its time to get back into the game
This must only be for PCs gamers. I haven't seen any of these statues and I on my 5th play thru. I would be more excited for more missions with Jackie, Panam, Sandra and the Peraltz mission. There's so much that can be add to the game. But it needs to be on consoles not just PCs.

what i found to be left out in this video and the genaral discussion is the blue eye graph hanging in mistys shop(4:31 before zoom in). It also has a code on it someone should really look into this
Maybe it's a prophecy for the Fifth Corpo War or the end of Red Wall that's keeping all the rough AI's.

1:54 My guess is that the lines show how to reduce the code from 6 digits to 4: FF remains as FF but 06 becomes just 6 and B5 becomes just B. So FF06B5 becomes FF6B, whatever that means. I just think this has already been tried because it's the most obvious explanation.
Unsolved more like forgotten about because the game doesn't deserve a 2nd playthrough

Imagine the secret is unfinished code and DLC that will never comes out.
The game isn't finished. This kind of story mining is like digging into cut content. This was all stuff the devs were pushing for, stuff that the suits scrapped and pushed to the side. Who knows how much awesome story content was abandoned for a quick buck? This isn't going to be a no mans sky resurrection, just some splints and bandages

Has anybody else found the notes on top of the statue in Corpo Plaza? I just climbed up to the top and found notes about the importance of family and torn fragments of paper mentioning 'Year Correction.' They actually made a small walkable pathway too!

Why are those monks enhanced and have tattoos? You said that not all monks have those rings, are the monks that have the rings enhanced or have tats? I thought monks aren't supposed to be altered/enhanced?
