  2. I'm getting some weirdness with my 1080TI. I can drop to a res of 1024×768 and still not get a faster frame rate. Even on the low preset. In fact, only at Ultra does is start to drop by 5-10 fps, bit High, Med, Low and all manner of custom options, and I get no faster frame rates. Max I've seen is around 70fps. Even been through all the video options for vsync, max fps and all sorts.

It FEELS like there's maybe a CPU bottleneck, but I don't think that should be the case with an i7 10k something or other (don't have the exact model details on me right now).

  3. How the hell did we get to a point where games need 11gig VRAM for just 50-65fps and how did it happen so quick? im astounded at how much power we need now to run some newer titles.

  4. This makes me Pray that the new budget GPU's aka 3050/3050ti are 6gigs GDDR6X gpu's that can hang with a RTX 2070 at bare minimum cause otherwise were all screwed 2021 to 2023 games will need more then 10gig VRAM easy.

  5. On an i7 4790k with 1080ti. Was looking for an alternative cpu, can't run the game smoothly @60fps due to temps. Just wanted to say I really liked your benchmarking – actual gameplay of perusing, driving and shooting for each. Subbed. What settings would you recommend for consistent gameplay on this rig?

  7. damn! I am grateful to see this YouTube, there is nothing wrong with my 1080 Ti GTX, only my CPU is not strong enough to match the GPU. for your information, I only get FPS below 40. My CPU is i5 6500, haha LOL

  8. Something seems off because you're getting way higher than all of the other current benchmarks with similar configuration or even better
