i dont understand why you showed us this ?!!! lol (maybe its because i didnt have any problem with this quest ?^^)
So I have encountered this bug when I got to the "Gimme Danger" quest after ignoring it for a few days.
A few days ago I ran to the right location of the quest and he was there talking to those policemen, but I got a call from someone else and did another mission instead.
Now I wanted to do the "Gimme Danger" mission and the questmarker pointed me to a different location. Takemura stands there and you cant talk to him. He also stands by the red chair (not where he is standing in the video)
I hoped this video describing my problem would work, but the proposed solution does not work. I am also on Xbox Series X and on update 1.1

I think it's because I went around completing all the collectibles and side stuff while hoping it'd fix itself because I've tried this fix dozens of times and it's not worked
I have to join wakako but takemaru is always blocked where we had an appointment with the guard of hanako arasaka's corp and I had chosen that we meet at wakako but when I go to wakako she talks on the phone and there not takemaru
