There's another route. Up the roof. With tech 8, open one of the skylights and dropped into the area where Roh's held, bypassing the lot in the lobby and sparring rooms.
For some reason, even though I did all the objectives and, it still won't complete. Objectives are gone but the job title is still there. EDIT: Nevermind, seems like it'll complete by itself later on… Kinda weird…
I did it on level 5 going through the skylight that didn't require any tech attributes, but it took me like 50 minutes :)) Still one of the best stealth gigs so far.
Just an FYI – I watch you decrypt the access points and you're doing them wrong, I'm not sure if you knew but, always do the bottom code first before completing the middle or top codes…this way you unlock the epic and legendary amounts in the rewards. If you have time after doing the bottom code, of course try to finish the other 2, actually you should try to complete all 3 but doing the bottom code first nets you the epic and legendary.

there's a side door, it leads straight too the stairs where roh got held it was super easy no minimum perks required

this is the luckiest run I've ever seen. And, it has to be on easy. The best way to do this one is to get on the roof.
