CORRECTION: You need to complete the mission "Ghost Town" (Panam Main Mission Questline) and wait for 3 days to make the car spawn.
I found my first car in The Badlands and I was shocked and excited. I used it in the race mission 😁 I didn't know they had hidden cars in this game. I think that's soo cool 😎 I saw the first few seconds of your video, but once I saw the car I found in your first clip, I decided I'll just try my blind luck. I'm an explorer so I know I will find the others.

I found the caliburn on the way back to night city from the aldercados camp. Yet another perfect example of why I've only fast travelled once even tho I finished the main story.

Was definitely the first thing I did when the city unlocked and I had to wait til stupid failed the tank mission I declined, 2 fastest cars in 20 minutes free.
I've done everything for the caliburn even beaten the game and it still won't spawn

It is patched out. To the point where it won’t spawn until you reach street rank 40
Still, I like my Outlaw so much, drive it around NC all the time.
Ray field sucks it doesn't repair cant even drive it at this point car shows up cant even sit in it wich is ridiculous considering it has no doors at this point.
Yep, the Caliburn now (> 1.3) has higher requirements to be able to get it. 40 Street Cred and the job "Riders on the Storm", which is an Aldecaldos side mission somewhere after Ghost Town. Additionally, after meeting both requirements, you need to skip 72 ingame hours before the vehicle will spawn.
I believe that the would've look more appealing third person view.

I could be wrong, but after all the updates over the past year, it would seem that Cyberpunk 2077 is finally starting to shape up. Just like Skyrim and No Man's Sky years after they were released.
