I think you get another ending if you did the chippin in side quest. One where you take the other pills to let Johnny take control and you go with rogue

You could have actually saved takemura by not listening to Johnny and going to find him, that would have also altered this particular ending quite a bit.. Honestly you need to play this again and maybe as a female so you can romance Judy
