If you just here for the bug, careful of the contents of the phone calls as there are spoilers in them.
Weird bug that happened after I fast traveled here.
What likely happened: I got a text from Takemura that was going to be followed by a phone call. But I hit the fast travel before the call proc’d. When I hit the new location, the call from Judy proc’d but since Takemura’s call was already queued, it proc’d too since I’m able to receive a call now.
And this mess ensues. Reloading previous save and not hitting the fast travel before Goro calls fixes this.
