I feel you on that relationship PTSD TBH, but something my homegirl helped me realize is that the next one could be THE ONE…just need to focus on healing, your own self-love, and continue doing you. It's not fair to the next girl that you bleed on her for wounds she didn't cause. Definitely agree, with that thought of taking time to be single and just focus on your business. That way when you look back, you can reflect with satisfaction and not be overcome with feelings of bitterness/ coldness. Loved this episode!
