We’ve made the Cyberpunk 2077 perk points guide finally. It turns out there are 9 perk shard locations in Cyberpunk 2077. As of December 2020, you can get 2 free perk points in Cyberpunk 2077 with each perk shard.
This the best way to get more perk points in Cyberpunk 2077. You can get either 9 or 18 perk points depending on whether or not the glitch is still in the game when you find this video.
The first of the Cyberpunk 2077 free perk points is in Watson. There’s a warehouse with some drones and in the back is a perk shard. You can learn this perk shard to get extra perk points in Cyberpunk 2077, 2 instead of 1.
Next up are the two perk shards in southern Japantown. There’s an NCPD assault in progress mission here with some goons around a car. Kill the goons and in the car are two dead bodies, one in the drivers seat and one in the trunk. Each body has one perk shard. If you use the learn glitch on both of them you can get 4 more perk points in Cyberpunk 2077.
Then we head over to Santo Domingo on the border of Heywood. There’s another assault in progress mission with a perk shard as the objective. Loot the perk shard and now we’re almost half way down with all perk shards in Cyberpunk 2077.
The next place has two perk shards again. There’s an Arasaka compound in Santo Domingo that’s part of the main story. Head into here and there should be one two story building all by itself out in the open. There’s a free perk shard up in there. Also when you come in if you hang a right, right around the corner should be another corner, and around that corner is a door that leads into that building. In there is the second Cyberpunk 2077 perk shard.
For the next one we head over to the east side of Santo Domingo. There’s a house with an NCPD mission on it. Out front is a building with a body in it, loot the yellow shard from the body to unlock a garage door nearby. Then drive over to the Cyberpunk 2077 perk shard location in the video to run in and grab the next free perk points.
Now we’re done with Santo Domingo and we can head over to Heywood. In southern Heywood there’s another NCPD mission with a perk shard as the objective, the location is in the fide.
Finally in Downtown Corpo Plaza there’s a random body on top of a small building that has an easy perk shard in Cyberpunk 2077. That will get you another 2 more perk points.

There are 9 found so far, but we’re still holding out hope that someone will find another one at some point. Now you can upgrade your max level because you know how to get more perks in Cyberpunk 2077 for free, minus the work of going and grabbing them. It’s a fast way to get more perk points in Cyberpunk 2077.

UNLIMITED TRAIT XP! I picked up a quickhacking xp progression shard and it went into my inventory for some reason. I duped it and each use gives 400xp.
I can’t figure out how I actually added the shard into my backpack instead of consuming it immediately through “take” or “learn”.
Anybody want to play around with this and figure it out? I would do it myself but I don’t even know where to begin!
I bet there's going to be more once we get DLCs and expansions probably next year of course that depends how the lawsuit plays out
There is another one in Watson. It's on a catwalk to the left of hotel where you sabotage the server room for Regina. I don't recall the quest, maybe catch a tiger's toe?
I guess I'm have to wait until New Game Plus to get the ones that are on the border between Santo and Haywood. The other one that was in that car in Japantown. I just think it's really stupid that they put these within the scanner areas did I already did all the scan areas just sucks that the Watson trophy is f**** bugged and the Westbrook trophy because of getting warmer is still bugged.
Also got the part where it says to learn or to take The Shard I don't think that's a exploit. Just like how with some of the items you can read it tells you you can either read it right there or take it that's not an expo it's just a fast way to do it. I think eventually they're going to add a fix where if you accidentally picked up a chard as long as it's in your inventory you can still learn it
Besides all this is pretty obvious this game was not ready to be shipped there's just too much issues

Thanks for this vid. BTW, learn works with Skill shards too, gives 800 xp instead of 400. Useful for when you find one for a skill you rarely use or cbf levelling.
There's another one in Japan town. You do a side mission where you free a netrunner in a restaurant basement. Afterwards there is a garage just near it (looks like an NCPD ? on the map) and it says find Dantes base. In it there's a perk shard.
So are these 'free' perks or do they just level the ones you already have? Meaning if your at max for a particular skill you can't get them?
Perk point 10 has been found look it up before they patch it
Found another one close to the Wraith Camp fast travel location.
I found another one near Tama View point in South East Rancho Coronado
I found another pistols shard nrar the "medeskis fuel station" in the wasteland east of Santo Domingo. But it is is usable for alle perks.
@video game databank there are 3-4 more shards in the eastern desert & Pacifica parts of the map (cleared those areas same day) I’ve done most assaults in game, but just started paying attention to shards. Do the Blue! Thanks for the tip on learning, will be nice on next play through. Once I gained access to the entire map I stopped all story/gigs. I’m 112 hrs in & level 48 with some blue bats on the map left. This is going to a long game for me. I’m playing this way hoping the patches will improve the game, so I can better enjoy the story ending and get all story drops at max level that I can. Happy holidays.

By Judy's apartment, in the canal section after you kill off the group down there. Take ramp up to dead guy after parked car and there is a 10th one.

I think I found a 6th one but took it by accident thinking it was the location you pointed. Found an assualt in progress below ring road fast point. It 100 meter south next to a very high undiscovered job. You walk in the ally. In the ally you will see two cars and if you turn around you will see a night city advertisement . You will find a dead body construction worker body. In the building that say night city you will see multiple small tree In a glass room you can open
The perk shard at the 9 minute mark is possible at lower levels. I got it at level 17 using the Divided We Stand smart rifle. I went to the highway above the location and drew them out with grenades and used the rifle to take them down.
