  1. Well im not surprised no DLC coming soon as the game is in an awful state on top of being half a game with half it's content missing, and i think anything less than a no man's sky or i don't think anybody will trust them again

  2. IDC about the DLC not being available anytime soon. They should take the time they need. Now everyone could shut up about it since they've released the game unfinished and aren't happy about it.

  3. Well no shit…of course there isn't gonna be any dlc anytime soon. They need to fix the game and by fix i mean actually finish the damn game. Because it's obvious as hell the game is unfinished.

  4. Ugh, i can see it now. They probably had much of the story allready written/linead out, maybe some even developed until the managment decided to include Keanu Reeves and make Johnny the focus Point of the Story, smelling the hype ( because of star-promotion) a mile away. The development was then forced to focus everthing around it, they needed to redo/shift huge parts around and missions & features that didn't fit the bill were either cut or postponed. Obvieously they run out of time because software-development never works like planned, especially with overentheusiastic management. I know it from my own company.
It explains much, the bare-bone origin, the time-skip in the beginning, that the main story is quite short, that seeminlgy main npc characters fell short, the cut/stream-lined features, the side missions had probably just dialog and animations of johnny added (faster, easier this way) and that the ending is mostly decided by the last mission. They were probaly allready pressed for time whitout the forced shift.

  5. I love this game, yes the fact it is broken on old consoles is very bad but i think it was a bad idea to release on them to begin with. Yes the cut content is also disappointing BUT instead of getting hung up on what could of been i’m just enjoying what is there i had an incredible experience and can’t wait for fixes and dlc. It is still better than 90% of games released and i feel like some people are only judging the game by what isn’t there rather than what is, just food for thought.

  6. i Wish people would face this game as far greater problems than bugs and crashes, and i think we need to keep CDPR feet to the fire over this or it will end up another Half finished AAA open world game,And what's sad is what's there is pretty good for a Start, but it leaves a bad taste about all the missing content and the state of the game

  7. I didn't hype myself. I think that's why I'm still playing, taking my sweet time to finish the story.
My disappointment mainly comes in the fact V has a personality separate from the player. It's alright though, it's not as bad as Fo4, and it doesn't feel forced.
Lack of romance options is a downer. Cosmetics I feel are lacking. NPCs have such cool chrome. I want glowing cybernetic eyes like the border guard that interrogates nomad V, or the spiked clawed arms like the Lizzie's front door bouncer. At least custom colors for arms? Idk.

  8. They are a few things I hope they do.
    1. hope they expand the relationships because they are really lacking in romance.
    2. Put in mods so we can start Modding the game.
    3. Sort out the bikes and cars they feel like you are driving something that weights nothing.
    4. Sort out the inventory
    5. Have a few ending where you save v really safe v.
    6. Have a end where you merge minds like deus ex.
    7. Expand your level
    8. Open the last slot with something new.
    9. More interaction with npcs.
Also one thing on my mind is why you can have the mod for your hand and the tattoo at the same time ones on your hand the others on you are??

  9. it is really a shame to see this game unfinished. I literally squeezed the game into 145 hours of play, but the experience would be far better if the game was released with the Features shown in recent years by trailers and gameplay. They took more time, but they created so much hype that they couldn't put off the game anymore.

  10. CDPR has alot to work on to gain their rep back…remember when everyone(including me) was like "we can pre-order its fine….its from CDPR" etc etc. Imo they can only get their rep back in the next game they realese. So fix this game when it comes to performance and skip the DLCs and start work on cyberpunk 2 immediately without any cut contents and shit…and ofc not this many bugs/glitches either.

  11. Meredith Stout DLC:

This character felt like she could of having a lot of potential and impact in the game, here are some of my ideas:

She is Romancable (by both genders)

She has side quests, which deal with Militech

Gives you another possible ending, where you side with Militech and help them become more powerful because of the side quests that you completed for them as well as killing Yorinobu Arasaka as well as Hanako. Moreover, if you didn't save Takemura and didn't kill Oda then, you would have a potential of 3 Hard boss fights (which are Takemura, Oda (who becomes much stronger than your last fight) and of course Adam Smasher.

The Ending entails to a potential future war between the two corporate companies which could then be seen in a later Expansion of the game.

Moreover, the ending would lead to the Militech Scientists saying they can save you by finding a potentially suitable body for you provided you stay alive within the next 6 months.

  12. This is what happens when you put the marketing department in charge of your company's direction. Keanu Reeves is a decent actor and has ties to this game world through movies and easter eggs, but the marketing department probably had way too much interaction with him/his agents and started pushing management to give him bigger parts of the story. I don't know, but that's usually why movie games turn out like this and why companies turn evil. Add in the fact that the executives pushed it out WAY too early to hit the holiday shopping crowd, it's just a storm waiting to crash. And it did.

  16. I have watched a few videos that show what CDPR has missed out from the retail game that they showed in pre-release footage and confirmed by them in text. It was portrayed to being something next level, I haven't played it yet because I'm going to wait a few months for QOL fixes, bug fixes and extra content. I can totally see why people were hyped up with this game massively because of the marketing are so pissed off.

  17. If anyone didn’t know this the mission when you talk to a doll in clouds says V’s real name, also side characters such as Panam and Judy can be found before you’ve been introduced (they will just say “regular” or “NC resident” though)

  18. If I had people review bombing my game for no good reason (talking about the mass 0/10 just for trolls, and I had people giving me DEATH THREATS because I didn’t make the video game as good according to someone who knows nothing about game design, id think the year that all that happened would be regarded as a little rough

  19. Regarding relationships, I think Witcher 3 offered a much more versatile and balanced experience when Geralt needed to interact with Yen or Triss. Throughout the game – which was huge – you could find your "loved one" and this could generate different scenes, dialogues and so on. Even though the events were short and sparse, it showed the development of the loving relationship over certain parts of the game.

In the case of Cyberpunk, after finishing all the quests involving his/her "better half", the character basically waits until the end of the game to return to perform a special participation in the journey of V. As we are talking about an open and fixed world (no there are other maps to explore), it would be nice to be able to go out on dates, receive different unexpected phone calls, buy / receive gifts etc. on a weekly scale. It is not about creating a romantic simulator, but about offering a more organic and progressive experience of knowing that the protagonist is not single in the game.

  20. The "free" DLC will probably be fixing this broken ass game and maybe adding in some of the content that was removed. Might be a good game in a years time, certainly isn't beyond average now.

  21. Genuinely no one who is not already intrested in gaming, bought a new console just to play cyberpunk because of Keanu. Cyberpunk is just another example of star power negatively impacting games, guess what a famous actor doesnt automatically make a good game. Honestly that 45min game play trailer was most of gamers selling point. If they stuck to that, no one would really complain. Im almost certain people would've preferred a less grandiose story if it meant making Night City feel actually alive and your decisions actually impacting allowing your life paths actually contribute on your experience. Thats just my 2 cents though on the matter.
