CDPR has posted a response saying that it is aware of the issues some people are experiencing where they cant go into the game on PS4 after the Next Gen Update and some PC players are also experiencing the same issues.

Huh. I have only had one major bug so far (disappearing hud), but I’m playing on PS5. I actually didn’t play the game until now, and I’m having a total blast with it. It’s so good right now.
So i just bought cyberpunk few days ago and wanted to give it a try, i installed it (ps4) and its the problem with data corrupted thing, best investment in my life
On series X Ive have 1 crash in like 10-15 hours of play. Im "happy" with it but really all I care about now is more story and character content. Its the only truly standout features besides music.
This game is only ever at its best when you get the heavy story and character interaction.
I really wish I could sprint by just tapping L3 rather than having to hold it for a second.
I can't play it on PS4 anymore after update
On xbox one I just started playing patch 1.5 today and a couple hours later my game got corrupted and I an currently reinstalling it
I hate when some next gen console user always yelling at the comment section "this game is for next gen THIS next gen THAT" "This game is NOT for Last Gen/Old Gen this and that" "They should not release it for last gen". Dude the world is spinning, maybe today we don't have next gen console, maybe tomorrow we have, please, don't get too cocky because you having next gen today. We don't know what happened tomorrow.

It made the game unplayable for me on PC… A month ago i was having a great time playing put in 127 hours into the game, beautiful with RTX ON and DLSS Quality medium settings on an RTX2070-Super averaging 80-FPS Now im lucky if i can get it to run at 30FPS with lower settings, i can get up to 50-FPS if turn off RayTracing but dips to 30s constantly..
Is anyone else here having issues on PC with areas that are just flat out too dark to see in and not being able to see the characters calling V on the phone? Also in the Inventory the character model is almost completely black. Another example of this would be Judy's apartments office where except for the screens everything else is just dark.
Playing around with the graphics does nothing to change this, it persists regardless of settings.
I still see CDPR as one of the good guys. They didn’t quit on the game. But you still gotta hold them accountable. This patch was a step in the right direction.
They had a whole freaking year to fix this piece of crap..f!@#$ cdpr. Seems they said f!@# ps4 let's fix ps5 version. SO F!@# CDPR!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst is they haven't even blocked the update so more and more people with the older working version on their console are getting theirs corrupted when they turn on the PS4 this weekend.
After the 1.5 patch i cant pass Press Spacebar to continue after intro and logo spam 🙁
If you have this problem your gonna have to turn off your internet connection then Delete cyberpunk after that reinstall the application keep in mind this will likely corrupt all of your save files
Heard about the update so I decided to download it again on pc for a fresh play through. Around 90% in the download it stops and says it’s a corrupted download and all retry’s fail. What should I do?
Bro i had to delete the game and reinstall it to 2 times… I thought my cd was damaged… After seeing YouTube about patch 1.51 I wished I never had install the update on my ps4.
I'm on PS4 and my game is bricked after the 1.5 update. Who knows how long they will take to fix this?
There is already a wonderful working Metro for CP2077 that you can ride, with lines and stations, and metro cars, etc. Check Nexus
Happened to me and yeah i have the disk version on PS4 pro. I've done way too many side missions to bother starting over so if it's not fixed thats it for me w cyberpunk
How long do we think it will take the issue w patch 1.5 on PS4 to be fixed?
To hell with cyberpunk 2077 and CDPR I just downloaded update 1.5 and 1.51 on ps4 and neither one works at all I hope CDPR goes out of business because they suck hash tag worst game developing company ever.

Yeah it down loaded and totally F’d up my disc. Permanently corrupted now. Can’t even delete it and reload. Thx !! I’m pissed 😡 and will never buy a game from these shitheads again.
I got it on ps4 and still haven't plated it since installing it. Just patiently waiting for them to fix it.
Lo único que funciona es instalar el juego sin internet y jugar en la versión 1.0 (estoy jugando así). funciona pero no toma las partidas guardadas, las pone como corruptas(no pude hacer que me tomé las partidas viejas ,tengo que seguir probando) y hay que comenzar de 0(suban las partidas viejas a la nube como precaución) .hasta ahora es la única forma de jugar el juego (instalarlo y arrancarlo sin internet siempre,o sea en una cuenta qué este desconectada siempre).o sea la actualización 1.51 está rota y no funciona con las versiones físicas de PS4 del juego.esta es la única manera de jugar en físico que existe hoy , hasta que salga una actualización que repare el problema en las versiones físicas de PS4.
