The T-1000 Terminator Build is aptly named not only for the huge amount of Cyberware that you use, but also because you move quickly, hit hard and cannot be killed easily. With this Build you will chase down enemies with prejudice, often killing them in one punch.

The way this Build works is that we take advantage of the Legendary Short Circuit Quickhack to add a huge amount of Shock Damage to our melee attacks, which allows us to spend a good amount of other Perk Points and Mods on survive ability. When you don’t need to worry about your damage, then it is easier to stay alive.

T-1000 Terminator Tips
One of the really fun things to do with this Build is to begin combat by crashing your vehicle right into the middle of enemies, since you can Crit with your car, and that will proc Short Circuit, often one-shotting most enemies. Since you have extremely high survive ability, so can get out and survive, even if surrounded. It’s a ton of fun. Just be careful because you can kill citizens with a love tap.

Punching robots will often kill you because they explode, so instead of trying to melee them just use Short Circuit from range to take them out. It will save you a quick death and it’s really easy to do, even mid combat.

You shouldn’t need to heal often with the way this Build is setup, but you will need to from time to time, so don’t think that you’re completely invincible. This is especially true early on, since you won’t have all the parts of this Build.

Lastly, you can get a Legendary version of the Gorilla Arms if you complete the main story, or you have to purchase it from a Ripperdoc for around 100k Credits. You should be able to get this about the time you hit 20 in Intelligence, so you’re Build will come together all at once.

  1. You’re the first person I’ve watched to mention that you don’t need any crafting perks to craft legendary hacks. This is perfect timing and changes my net runner build drastically. Thank you for your attention to detail.

  2. this is no terminator build this is a rock em sock em robot build i already made a terminator build and they use guns along with fists jeez like really light machine guns and shotguns and fists is terminator i em already unstoppable from rang and close rang with my build this is bad naming for a build. and to be fair mantis arms could count as a terminator build also since the 2nd movie had the liquid guy that used hand swords along with GUNS!!!!!. plus the only hacking terminator's did was to get machines to help them kill humans or to get information berserk mod would be a better choice or the slow motion mod for precise targeting and fast movements of a terminator.

  3. The nice thing with this build is that it's very feasible to transition from the neural netrunner build into this one since the only thing neural net runner requires is 20 intelligence

  4. I dont know why does every build have to be "OP"? What for? Isnt it better to put yourself to a challenge and have some fun? If you do OP build you just become OP and its not a challenge to beat enemy anymore. Id rather make a build that wont be so OP, it will be effective but most important rly fun and dynamic to play. Whats the fun in doing lets say netrunner who kills everyone from super far (enemy basicly doesnt know you are there) using cameras and shit. Im gonna make a netrunner that also fights in melee and hacks during battle. And so can any "OP" build be made into more fun and hybrid stuff to enjoy more challenge.

  5. After you craft your your legendary quick hacks don't forget to respect your character cause there no need for you to keep points on the epic and legendary Quickhack crafting abilities. Put those points elsewhere.

  6. Getting a little repetitive hot voice fextry guy? 🤤
Your previous tech build also used short circuit as its base. We cant just add another one of the 4 stats as a secondary to Intelligence and call it a build now can we 🤗
How about some pure mantis blade early and lategame super slashing durable build?

  7. Hey, does anyone have any information if there is a way to skip the prologue? Because I want to make a few new builds, but really dont have the time to spend 3 hours to pass the prologue.

  8. Im very confused, and hopefully someone can help me.

How do you get short circuit to proc for every single punch? I dont understand. Is it a talent that allows this? Is a piece of cyberwear that enables this?

  10. Awesome build! It just so happens I made a T-800 Terminator build two weeks ago lol.

It's super fun and immersive. I use a shotgun and a light machine gun only. I only use the front doors and blast my way in with tons of Armor and health regen. I don't use cover by crouching and I fire from my hip only, while only using Ping for further immersion. 20 in Body and Cool, the rest went into Tech.
