  1. Iโ€™ve played through this game so many times. Now that itโ€™s in a good state, itโ€™s become my favourite game of the current generation. There are so many different ways to play, the world is beautiful, the characters feel real, and the soundtrack slaps.

  2. Driving a car with a keyboard is always a pain. Remember it's "tap tap tap" on the control. If you're comfortable with a controller it's almost worth having one nearby for the driving. I'm not, but I tried and still using the k/b. lol

  3. Finally! This is going to be awesome!
btw: don't worry about the music – most of it was exclusively made for CP2077 and it is awesome! So if you checked the "exclude copyrighted music" marker you should be good!

  4. I don't know how you plan to play the game, unfortunately a lot of people only play the main story, but if you enjoy the game and have the time I can also highly recommend the side stories, which in my opinion are the best that the game has to offer story-wise, apart from the DLC, which is even better in my opinion. But I don't want to overwhelm you with too much at once, you can still decide later.

  5. Welcome to the wonderful world of Night City. Just some unsolicited advice from a day one player who's more than a little obsessed with the game: Take your time, explore a lot, make sure to respond to messages and calls, and try not to skip anything. You can easily miss from very crazy side stories.

I can't wait to see your journey and how you play your character. Subscribed! ๐Ÿ˜Š

  6. Welcome to the greatest worst city in the dystopian future! Easily my absolute #1 favorite game to date and hopefully you'll have a blast with it. As others have mentioned, there is sooo much to do, so many little side gigs and just flavorful details to see. No need to rush through the game.

  7. I went Nomad first time, and Streetkid second time, but I wish I did them in the opposite order, because I learned so much going through the first time that I made much better choices the second time. The tough part is choosing attributes, because if you spread your attribute points out too much, you'll never max out anything and never unlock the most powerful perks and abilities. The game can sort of screw you over that way, unfortunately. At least you can change perks whenever you want, even in the middle of combat, but attribute points can only be changed once, which makes things difficult if you spread them out or decided you prefer a different play style halfway through the game.

  8. Have you bought DLC Phantom Liberty? Because this is more than just dlc. For me it's part of the game. Another story, new district, new weapons, new ending. But it isn't seperate from the rest of the game! Phantom Liberty is more Cuberpunk-like than the rest basic Cyberpunk. So if you like the basic game, you'll love dlc ๐Ÿ˜€

  9. One BIG advice about builds. You'll need this. Don't try to be all at once. Choose your favorite build and stick to it. Because every build is good if it's done fully. When you have multiple incomplete builds you will strugle at combat. trust me. So, choose your fighter and develop skill, buy cyberware, find nice weapons then upgrade it. The gameplay feel smoother this way

Wow did you choose the wrong game!

You can do non-fatal takedown for almost everyone, but they won't be as restrained in return. Some of the NPCs are actively evil and/or deranged. I consider myself to have a strong stomach, and there were parts that made even me feel ill on my first playthrough.

Don't misunderstand, though – it's a cool story, and brilliantly executed. I have over 2,000 hours racked up on it now. Just… It's a story you need to remind yourself is even more fictitious than a Hollywood production.
