  1. The second Devil ending is not as bad and may even get you a little bit more life to still be the best merc in NC. Certainly Alt-ernative can't offer better. The Judy ending is the same as the Secret Ending but the Hanako ending is unique. I stuck at the therapy and didn't throw a childish tantrum. Why do it as you may the decision to take this route. No point getting upset over what you yourself did? By the way if you do stick at the tests you will solve the puzzle and be as well as possible given what has happened to your body. Its tedious but with my wife having to do pretty much the same for the last 4 months in a hospital I didn't even think to complain.

Yorinobu just giving up was so VTMB La Croix. No big last fight. Just whimper and surrender. Worse. Didn't even get to stab him even a little. Very disappointed in Yorinobu. In the PNP Cyberpunk 2020 we all liked Yori and his Steel Dragons. Fought along side them against the Tiger Claws and Arasaka so I was rather sad to see how pathetic he had become.

There is good in this ending as you get to team up with Takemura again. And with the second ending where there is life there is still hope.

  2. I know there only "speeches" played throughout the credits but they are all impactful in their own way. The more intriguing one is the "The Deep Blue Sea ending" from Hanako. Becoming an end-of-lifetime Arasaka special agent/personal bodyguard would be very interesting gameplay in of itself; even attempting to explore that gameplay option would be quite tricky to actually pull off but the thought of it is there and that merely opens the can of worms that it is in the positive sense given what would've been V's last 6 months max alive.

  3. Polar bear on streets of Warsaw is very, very old Polish joke about how much Americans know about Poland. Hint: there are no polar bears on streets in Warsaw 😉

  4. Granted this ending is suboptimal but likely not as bad as it seems. It all boils down to Hanako's level of honor. She has an obligation to you and this ties that up nicely on her part. The most likely outcome is they are going to use you as a lab rat to form procedures in body transfer for the paying customers. It is implied that it is the standard contract and if so then the other far more powerful folks would have had lawyers go over it with a fine tooth comb. So the way I see this going is since you don't have a child (that you know of) they will use your genetic material to make one, or more likely a lot and keep giving it a go till they get it right. So you are likely to wake up most likely in only a few decades to find that you are the first success in what may be a long line of horrific experiments. Congrats, welcome back. After that it all depends on how much they still want to put a bullet in your head…

I find the guards line to be interesting in its own right, basically if its your only option then go for it but keep an exit strategy in mind buddy.

  5. Well, given what CDPR has rather arbitrarily written as dialogue and "effects" into these endings, well….. I just doubt they are realistic, they are simply "picked by CDPR to support their envisioned ending" Basically ME-3 finale with longer movie sequences you have little interaction with.. /sigh

Nevermind that CDPR carefully avoided offering the same option they "gave" Johnny (or Saburo) by putting him into an engram and transfering Vs personality to a separate body. because obviously ""adapting" a new body seemed to be no problem for Johnny

  6. My first character was a corpo and i knew i was dead when he gave me the fucking chip, everything else was a lie and i knew i whould never be allowed to keep playing. The devs even went to extream lengths to make sure peopel knew exactly what the devs want from the player. They want your money, they want you to play the game, they want you to finish it and after that you are wotthes to them and they want you to go fuck yourself. Everything else from the devs are just lies and bullshit.

  8. around 22 minutes in: is she giving you a Voight Kampff test? Are you a skinjob now?

As for what happened to Saburo, I kinda assumed it to be the reason he went AWOL from the corp when he did.

  9. I havent seen theother endings to the game yet, but who decides what the worst options are? Isnt it on the player to decide, if the ending they get is what they wanted or not and which of these endings suits there approach to the story?

  10. I forgot to mention last video, if you're a corpo and you try to talk your way out of the guard situation at Hanako's residence, you'll quote some regulations that Abernathy is pulling, only for the guard to tell you she killed herself two days ago. I was eager to bash some 'Saka guards' heads in so I missed that the first time

  11. could someone tell me why it was the wrong choice to go with Hanako's plan, and how V is going against his princliples, I really do not remeber that far back in the story and would love an explanation. Thanks

  12. 59:30 Story-wise, great endings, both of them (if depressing) but uh, anyone else see a problem with this shot of the Earth?

Answer: If the Earth and Sun are in those positions, V should be looking at most of the night-side of Earth, with maybe a little sliver of light on the left side, yet Earth is fully lit. So what is lighting Earth, other than the Sun? Giant lighbulb in the sky? GG CDPR… gg.

  13. I can't say these ending vids make it easier for me to actually go through all endings. The fact that a game can make you feel repulsed, sick, emotional and sad. The story writing is well beyond anything I have seen, there are many movies with weaker stories then this, irregardless of the ending
