  1. I'm surprised how much AI has been coded here considering only a small portion of it (driving AI) is in the main game (and only for two missions, the one with Kerry Eurodyne and one of the Delamain missions).

    Be interesting to see how they implement this into the game. We already see gangs vs cops in staged locations throughout Night City, I wonder if we'll see cops chasing cars and dynamic shootouts on the highways.

  2. This game is still so unfinished. Even compared to 2013 gta the police are pathetic. I still can’t believe they actually shipped this game without any type of real dynamic policing response.

  3. I never see people talking about this but in the cyber el buggado compilation there is a small clip where a bounty system similar to the one in rdr2 would appear after commiting a crime (sorry english is not my first language)

  4. Clearly a lot of this problems stems from the very limited memory usage & weird npc/RNG models regeneration, while the game can't (or don't) differentiate what 3D models that need to be stay rendered.

    I mean even some random vehicles that you ride into the badlands will eventually randomly gone somehow. Player also can't save/parked chosen vehicles in a specific places. I have tried this stuffs & it will always gone after a few hours or even instantly gone from not visiting it. There was one time that I managed to make one boostergang vehicle stayed parked & used for a few days (real time) or multiple saves/many hours, but then got destroyed & can't replicate it again. The place is front of plaza shops, across destroyed Arasaka Tower.

    Here's even more weirder. Try killing Trauma Team in the plaza or wealthy section of the city (one close with old/destroyed Arasaka Tower) & see if their bodies will stay in that place all the way throughout the whole story (finish an act). I tried this & it's permanently changed/removed, can't randomly regenerate like other type of enemies. I think most of Trauma Team stationary NPCs are like this (another one placed on the road to Kerry's Mansion).

    I tried hunting down trauma team to farm their outfits & basically failed (same thing with Max-Tac). Now pretty much use mods for that LMAO. It's unfortunate that killing specific NPCs can't generate/spawn their outfits too as items, like this game self limit itself from making players roleplay/use their specific outfits. it's stupid & breaking its own game design elements. ONCE AGAIN MODS SAVE THE DAY.

  5. Is it weird that i saw the police car after the day one on pc? I think it was right after the release, never seen it since then. But i remember getting "seen" when i was shooting and they were driving by, sometimes ignoring me before they "eye" got red, sometimes stopping when i've been detected.

  6. It's so ironic that Corpos ruined so many aspects of this game. The devs were clearly working toward something much more dynamic. We can only imagine what we could have got if they had cut last gen consoles and delayed another year or two

  7. There is a single place where the police car spawns in 1.3 and it is in watson on the boulevard that ends at 2 reactor coolers. You can get in a chase with them but it's 50/50. Save before engaging with them

Glad that you guys showed up by the way, it's hard to get information.. just easier than you'd ever get it anywhere else 🙂 it would definitely be a lot easier without everybody spamming for DLC or whining about third person etc.. but if you stick with it, I've definitely gleamed more than a few things that were very useful or insightful

I bet there's a way to pull the files from the PlayStation version, if you crack the disc which is totally doable if my understanding is correct although don't ask me how.. but given that the API is very similar to Vulcan, I wouldn't be surprised if you could actually pull the files themselves and plug them in on a PC somewhere, I'm not sure what you'd have to do beyond that.. and it wouldn't surprise me if there's a lot of code issues and things that are in the code that's something I learned from today's stream is that there's a lot of settings that you think would normally be scripted or script settings that are in the actual code itself… But you wouldn't even need to theoretically plug them in directly but rather just figure out how that system works and transfer it over, other that would probably more complicated than copying it over so hopefully it's the ladder LOL.

  10. I really love this game and was super lucky to barely experience any crazy glitches on my xbox one x. Such a bummer to have so much missing from the game though. Should’ve just been for next gen consoles.
