  1. This has been my XP farming since release. Nice, reliable spawns with loads of loot. I'll generally dump some at the fast travel point there, and if you haven't completed Transmission yet, you can run down to the ripper's building by the other fast travel point, and dump some loot then run around the front of the ripper's clinic and there are 3 voodoo boys on the corner, 2 up stairs, 2 more on the bridge between the melee vendor's building and the ripper's building, 3 gang members in front of the melee building, 6 voodoo boys on the bridge over toward the clothing vendor, 3-5 voodoo boys outside the clothing vendor (plus the 2 guards), and then you're right near a second drop point to dump the rest of the loot. And all of those voodoo boys respawn as soon as you get like 300m away, as well.
