It's Konpeki Plaza, not Arasaka Tower, which is in Corpo Plaza, City Centre 😉
Strange, the doors are blocked by a metal gate for me. EDiT: Thanks Revolutionz for the tip and thanks for the video. Parked car next to the door and metal gates opened and I'm in!

I'm on ps5 and the door is sealed shut with a gate
I have a workaround if the gate is closed. I called my caliburn and parked it so the driver door was about 2ft away from the metal gate. Simple exit the car and the gate flys open. Now your free to roam around inside

I only came here because patch 1.5 added an iguana egg in the penthouse which you can hatch. YES the tower is open and can go in, but you CAN'T get to the penthouse. The spot where you could jump up to the penthouse, where you originally slid down, now has an invisible sky box.

Yeah, i run into an invisible wall right after passing the gate. Doesn't seem to be anything i can do about it.
I used clairs "BEAST" to get through the metal shutters. you can extend the back of the truck and it can push you through wall eazy.
Thr front door has the shutters activated and i cant get in, this dont work
There is easier way, just swim from closest avaible point to the tower and get in from sea side
That not Arasaka tower.
And this tower was enable to visit since day one release of the game.
Since Crit chance was nerfed across the board the Satori Katana isn't as broken as it was.
