  1. I would like to have support in the missions, Cyberpunk 2020 is a tabletop role-playing game that is a group experience, no player can face the world alone, they need associates to be able to operate correctly. Not all the time, but being able to stage a hit (like in GTA V) or being able to use the help of a netrunner when you have a Sandevistan equipped and not a cyberdeck would add a lot of immersion to the game.

  2. I would personally like to see transmogrification (use some hologram Bs or whatever you need for the lore) so I can be fashionable and functional. Also, the monowire should have a stealth takedown. Also a variety of shogun ammo would be nice, (dragons breath, chem, tazer, ECT y'all r smart), the ability to pick up knives after you throw them?!?!?! Please?!?!it would be nice if there was like a hackathon event that could happen randomly after you hit lvl 20 int.

  3. i'm in the minority that likes exploring every corner of the map i guess. for me it's no biggy that things aren't marked. i was talking to a buddy of mine earlier about this/about the legendary outfits and he said "yeah but they aren't on the map" correct me if i'm wrong but i can't think of one game i've played where loot is on the map (except for maybe the designer's cut dlc of borderlands 3 hahaha)

  4. they already have item sets in the game but its not formally recognized in any stats or other bonuses. easiest route is to just implement a BOTW style system that gives a bonus for wearing an item set, but i'd hope they go with a more broad approach that lets you get smaller boosts for being in a certain style, but bigger boost for a full set. that mod is great but one can hope they basically add that mod into the game, and compensate the modder of course lol

  5. Unpopular opinion incoming: I don't give a crap about the character's appearance. I just started a new playthrough this morning and i was super happy to see a randomizer in the character creation so i dont have to spend time on my character anymore.

    Also, i thought they said they improved driving. Driving feels worse now than it ever did

  6. I'm rooting for Project red for real. I am a believer that it's not there fault that the launch was so bad. It's the producers, continually pushes products out the door unfinished. No true developer would wanna see their projects fail or have issues but the producers just wanna catch the bag. Make more money they could ever spend in a life time and ruin most labours of love.

  7. I’ve had a list of “things I’d like to see” since the game released. inhales

    No reticle, readout or HUD until the Kiroshi is installed.

    – More cyberware options, with more variance. Wallrun legs, multiple Optics that give you different HUD’s unique to play styles, double jump/ charge jump having different height dependent on model and quality.
    – More extreme cyberware, like Maelstrom or Adam Smasher.
    – Garbage cyberware, cheap and nasty, barely worth having, better than none but ugly.
    – Cyberware mobility options – Mantis blade wall climb, nanowire web-swinging or grapnel.
    – The risk of going Cyberpsycho.

    A complete overhaul to the breach protocol system;
    – each gang, Corp, cyberware brand or Law Enforcement agency with a specific set of code, each enemy or piece of equipment hacked will yield pieces of that organisations code, the more code you have, the more quickhacks you can use against that gang, the more of the hideout you unlock, possibly unlocking missions by stumbling across data, making it a series of gang related skill trees of sorts.

    – Completely change Breach Protocol to something resembling coding. Maybe being presented with firewalls or something, and selecting from a menu of code to input, allowing you to breach. Wrong code, breach fails, enemies come to the breach point to investigate.
    – A different or modified breach protocol for each organisation.
    – Hacks accurately affecting specific cyberware. If your enemy doesn’t have leg cyberware, why would a hack stop their legs moving? Scan enemies, find a weak spot, exploit with malicious code.
    I think this would all greatly enhance the Netrunner path experience, making it in depth, and worth investing time into the build. (I’ve thought about this one a lot.)

    Fixers changes;
    – not dumping every mission on you at once. Unlock missions as cred increases, release maybe two missions at a time.
    – A requirement to meet with the Fixer, maybe even a test mission, before they offer you missions.
    – No Fixer, I don’t want to spend all my money on your crappy Toyota Corolla. Give it a rest.

    Get rid of bright, sunny days. It’s Cyberpunk, no character should know what the Sun looks like.

    Ripperdoc’s putting you in the chair for all cyberware installations – just for the sake of immersion.

    A reason to visit the apartment;
    – A fatigue or adrenaline system, recovering slowly, treated temporarily with meds to decrease damage taken while in combat, rest required to recover it.
    – Option for carry limitations. I know lots of people like to carry around a wardrobe and gun crate in their inventory, for the sake of immersion I’d prefer limitations, forcing you back to the apartment to gear up.
    – Buying code online, accessing underground Netrunner sites to see what code is floating around, with possibility of malicious code hacking you if you’re not careful.
    – A virus scanner (eh) on your PC that helps slow down Johnny’s take over.
    – A guitar in V’s apartment, the better you play, the more influence Johnny has got over you.
    Just… something. And some customisation options for V’s apartment.

    Car modding. Doesn’t have to be extreme, but paint jobs at least.

    Clothing style affecting gameplay;
    Styles in certain locations may slow or increase speed of enemy detection, depending on how suspicious you look (e.g. Corpo gear in Pacifica raising a few eyebrows).
    Or, if the style matches well, you may not raise any suspicion (like situational camouflage).

    Bring in BD’s. Could be used for world building. Could have some fun at Lizzie’s. Could use an XBD to initiate a mission or investigation.

    More Joytoys with more variation.
    Mini games, like pool, or hard drugs, theft, taking a hostage, competitive hacking/ breaching, food, restaurants, etc.

    I know some of this is already modded out (damn sunny days!), but I’ve been waiting to rant about this for a while now.

  8. Man I gotta say, since this patch I have loved getting back into this game again, I bought it at release (got the refund and bought it again at 10 dollars used), played a good 40 hours in with so many bugs and even more crashes probably more crashes then hours played, but I can finally appreciate how good of a game this is and I see how much potential this has, playing it on the ps5 has been amazing it looks so good almost never crashes (1 crash in 25 hours so far) and the bugs are few and far between and kinda just funny when they happen, I see what they were aiming for I just wish the executives let the devs do their thing despite what wouldve been some disappointment from the community with a delay, this is how the game should've been released, it's a really good game

  9. I really want to see an expansion on the relationships in the game. Want to be able to invite Judy (or other romantic partners) to the bar or to the diner. I want to be able to invite them to my place and have them stay for the night, watch tv and chill. Would like to have more dialogue with them as well, like if you did a rescue or thief gig then I want to be able to mention it when I call my partner and just more topics to talk about in general. Especially with characters like Mamma Wells as well, I mean according to the story we spent several years basically being a second child to her but we only have 10 min of total dialogue outside of missions with her.

    Basically, I want to see more meaningful and dynamic character interactions that make me feel like I really have a deeper connection with them. I know it would probably be a lot of extra work depending on how rigid the current system is in the backend but I would still love to see that.

  10. It baffles me how the Nexus mods community can add things in the game CDPR cut and lied about, this game was released in 2020 December, we are now in 2022 only on patch 1.5…. so patch 2.0 in another 2 years maybe DLC in 4 year's,. And more CDPR vets just keep leaving

  11. As far as stat vs style, it shouldn't be too complicated to find a solution to the issue where they would be able to meet halfway and please both sides. I mean if you've played far cry 6 as well as ac odyssey & Valhalla, and fenyx rising (i know ubisoft isn't really respected and people dont like those games and blah blah blah) they have an option where you can keep the clothes/armor on for the stats or perks but if you arent necessarily fond of how your character looks in those clothes you can change the appearance of said clothes/armor to another set that you already own without having to sacrifice perk/stats for style. Probably did a bad job explaining but i mean anyone who had played those games would know what im talking about

  12. I like the corp-style of clothing, probably because I enjoy playing Corp V. Wish I could keep that militech suit from The Heist. So hard to find good looking corp gear that's legendary and matches.
