  2. Your ability to walk away from quests if you feel they don't fit the character you're playing is amazing. I've tried it after watching your Lets Plays and it's way harder than it looks.

  3. so cool to see that V has finished all the Delamain jobs and now is considering to get the reward… and next step maybe getting a new car… I enjoy this let's play so much because I loved (still love) playing the game… I hope we see V bringing the band back together and rock out some bit… and solving a criminal case meeting an interesting new friend… Gopher you are the best… I made a comment earlier in this series where I doubted you and thought you were rushing through the game… after all this years I have been watching you…that was stupid of me…

  4. Beauty is universal in the sense that everyone appreciates it in some way. What they define as beautiful will vary significantly of course, but most people can appreciate the pursuit of beauty as a concept. Even Adam Smasher appreciates it! "You look like a cut of fluffable meat. Are you?"

  5. Biotechnica is literally the one corpo waging a war against nomads and using them as guinea pigs for their experiments. That message about the 70 people Koch killed is mostly likely her having ran experiments on the bigger part of an entire clan.

  6. v in a parking lot full of dead bodies and burning cars with a shotgun in hand: lemme just quickly pop my eyes off and install a new kit on it. hmmmm. not feeling it. lemme just pop my eyes off again and put the old kit back in.
definitely doesn’t look psycho at all

  7. You've found Joanne Koch related assaults in progress three times. All three times she had a hit on someone. First in the badlands where she had a couple of Nomads murdered. Second in North Oak where you found some Arasaka goons had already killed a target but managed to save another. Third and most recently is the woman in City Center murdered by the Animals, you know the one where she had an employee murdered who decided to expose what she was doing in Biotechnica. Worst of all is that she got a whole town of Nomads killed for an experiment. To think Saul was gonna join up with them and probably her not knowing that they would all probably get killed.

I'm surprised you didn't remember the name. She is an absolute sociopath. I hope you found the shards about her because I make it a point to kill her in every playthrough.

  8. Luckily game allows capturing targets alive. Gives options. Sometimes fixers have "change of heart" if you dump the target in to car trunk. Sometimes they don't and target might prefer getting dealt with right then and there, instead of ending up in being greeted by a bunch of very angry members of Mox.

  9. Joanne Koch was also the one that had her collegue killed (in a past episode, it was a street crime where the Animals where involved in the assassination) because she was trying to spread informations about Koch's shady activities. So, she seems to not regret one bit. Does she deserves to die? Well, I think this situation is similar to the one of the corpo-paid thug that scaried workers and unions. Maybe both should be judged in a proper court rather than a people's raising fund, but high chance is that it will never happen.

  10. @gopher I know it's too late for this playthrough, but you can check your shards for one listed as Archived Conversation between Julia Koch and Emily Morton. Provides some additional perspective on the gig to kill her. The shard is from one of those crime gigs you completed a few episodes back.

  11. Another hilarious ending!

Dear Gopher, please never give up your utter disregard of video game mechanics in service of creating a 'living character' portrayal.

With any luck, some young devs will become admirers of your work, which will lead to better quality games in the future. : )
