  1. i was thinking about getting a 3060 12gb but realised the 4060 is more for me since I only have a 600w psu and I like to overclock what would push my gpu paired with my cpu past the 600w what could cause some issues with a 3060 also its £10 more ($12) where I'm from… so its kind of like a "well its only just a little more for better performance" situation

  2. Love your videos! I get a lot of ghosting using 4060 at 1080p with dlss quality and fg. Especially when I drive fast and notice a lot of ghosting behind other cars. Any ways to fix this?

  3. RT Overdrive IS possible on 4060 in 1440p and DLSS "Balanced". All you need to do is lower some settings to "high" AND set texture quality to "medium". 4060 just suffers from low vram in 1440p, but medium textures easily solve this problem

I struggled for a few hours trying to understand why it runs so bad and find out vram was the problem. Now I'm getting 30-40 fps in 1440p RT Overdrive DLSS Balanced, 55-70 fps with FG on. I can feel some input lag playing with mouse, but not too much. Anyway you can still play in 30 fps with normal input lag

  4. Bro , believe me 40 fps is just fine , people are getting 40 fps in ps5 games in quality mode(120 hz displays).
Don't chase 60 fps so much , 40 or 50 in these kind of games are fine too for this gpu.

  5. I think that rtx 4060 is steel a pretty good card. You can try absolutely all features that are exist now. Ofc this is steel not the fastest card in the world, but for not spoiled people this can be a good experience. Just my opinion.

  6. As an owner of this card – due to the fact that you haven't restarted the game, the RTX cache loaded the GPU, which significantly lowered FPS. I remeber tasting Path Tracing, it was around 50, with drop to high 30's when playing in Dogtown, DLC area, when driving the car, and when I switched to just Overdrive RTX, it became 20 FPS(even though it makes no sense, it literally lowers the graphics), but as soon as I restarted – boom, 50 or 60 FPS in Dogtown (can't remember tbh), and stable 60+, around 70's in Night City. RTX works really weird in this game

  7. The fps you were getting on 4k is what I had when I played through this game like 3 times in like 720p with fsr on everything low, I will be getting the 4060 soon and I'm so excited.

  8. Hey , a question, i don't know if you notice this or not , but , when driving in city , from place to place , randomly a blue loading bar appears in top of screen and then for one second , we have 10 to 20 fps drop , i wanted to know that is it normal? I have this issue in this game and it really getting in my nerves, I'm playing in 1440p , high , rt : reflection, dlss: balanced, FG on.
    my laptop: rtx 4060 140w , core i7 12700h, 32g ddr4 3200hz.

  9. thank you for this video, wanted someone truly unbiased showing the quality of the 4060 without piling on a ton of other bs that I don't care about, yours is the only one I could find. Also you convinced me to buy a used 4060 right now, definitely an improvement over my 1050. Great vid keep it up.

  10. I plan to build 4060 budget pc! And connect it to my TV.

My goal is to build my own "console" and play my steam backlog.

Instead of buying an Xbox and subbing to Gamepass.

So I think PC's TCO still cheaper vs Consoles TCO over it's lifespan (6-8 years)

  11. Nvidia is a joke… Ray tracing my ass… It isn't able to run RT stable either… I take a 6800xt or 7600 xt at any time. Cheaper, better, and have double vram for future-proofing. No question there. We need to wait around 5 years to get cards at a reasonable price that are able to run RT with a solid 30-60 fps at least in 2K.
