I see a lot of folks complaining about the numbers of pedestrians and cars in Cyberpunk 2077. I think one of the updates broke it, but also what time of day has an effect on how many people are on the streets. Driving at speed also seems to affect the illusion of how many people there are. This video show that with a TOP SPEC PC there are no issues with crowd or car density.

I haven't noticed any crowd density weirdness either. I did notice in 1.30 that there were many, many clones though but it seems to have been fixed. Performance is also better for me.
I'm gonna have to give this another playthrough with some mods this winter, I feel betrayed they designed it for consoles though
solid open world experience. cant wait to re-download it again in December and see what they added to it.
