Cyberpunk 2077 patch v1.2 does not fix issues with AMD 8 core CPUs, in my case 3700X. I will show how to modify the EXE and make it work with version 1.10; I will also compare the performance between before and after.

Should i see any improvement on an 6 core Ryzen?

Thanks, just done it on 1.0.6. Annoying to have to do it on every patch unless they fix it.
I get 10~ fps improvement on a 3800XT and 3080. Was going to get a 5600x/5800x but for one game doesn't seem worth it, hoping they improve the CPU performance.
7 Fps more on a 2700x + RTX 2080 @ 4k
ive gained on average 10 fps with my ryzen 9 4900hs on zepherus g14 with a slight overclock to the gpu rtx 2060
+15 Fps on 3700x, thanks man
What's the difference of setting it to 74 or EB?
when i try to save over the original file. it says it cant because it cant open files in this folder because it contains system files. Any way to fix this?

Thanks for this video. I also own a 3700x so I've been checking back in on this video after every patch for the updated edit. I've done my own testing and I've found that it improves my 1% lows significantly.
I'm curious, are you doing the reverse engineering yourself or finding these strings somewhere else after each patch? Came home to find Steam had updated me to Hotfix 1.11 before I could stop it, and now I'm browsing around for the new fix.
After the 1.12 hotfix I can't find it.. any help?
Absolute legend for doing this. Never mind the fps gain, the frametime issues without this makes gsync useless.

I can't find that string (description) on my 1.12 cyberpunk.exe, but thansk 4 the work!
I'm guessing this won't matter on a 5600x since it's a 6 core and they updated that in 1.05
I will be keeping an eye out to see if you can get this working for patch 1.2
