  1. This game still isn't done.
They call it 2.0 but this is literally 1.0.

It's still far from that. Consider the fact AI had better behavior and interactions in GTA V a decade ago, and the fact we were promised NEXT GEN AI in trailers, along with so much more.

Look at the road textures glitching. The cops leg doing a 360 out of the socket after he gets hit by a car.

The game is still super rough, and so much of it ruins immersion.

Any "fan" letting them off the hook deserves what they got at the release.

We need to expect more. We should be asking what the next update improves.

I can tell you what needs to improve badly:

First person animations, AI behaviors, routines and pathing, and overall world interaction.

Things like your swimming shadow being broken still. Things like AI having maybe 2 reactions to being aimed at, or how one punch knocks everyone out. How fleeing NPC all do stock Wilhelm screams and run through walls and onto scenery in glitchy ways.
Things like flammable objects not catching fire.

Yes. This is an improvement but that is like saying putting a cherry on a turd is now a sundae.

There's still work to do here. They ain't walking away.

We need the game they promised.

  2. As someone who played here and there since launch only when patches were released 2.0 is the version that has convinced me to play to the end. Restarted with a new V and I am having a blast. The game is a testament to CDPR's determination to correct their mistake at launch.
