The body leaning up against the car isn't there in my game.
This is bugged for me :/
I thought there was a missing body, but it turns out you need to pick up 2 data shards, and read them, from the corpses around, then read messages at the laptop in the garage, and the magnifying glass turns black even without picking them up, so it can be easy to miss.
Ran around in circles for a while looking at all the bodies that had a magnifying glass. It's on the named soldier that gets killed, as you walk in. I found mine in a corner by scanning and looking for the white gear box icon and not the magnifying glass.
This quest is so fucking buggy
I don't have the other guy by the car for me. It's just the guy in the mech suit. Can't complete this.
if you died during, start over from the autosave before your first encounter. you'll likely be right before you went to attempt it. I had same issue with second shard not showing. it was there when I went back.
Every time I engage him in combat. Even before he starts firing I take an unknown status effect that hits for 25% of my life each time and I die. Even if he never shows up on screen or fires a shot.
I blew up the computer and can't complete this quest. Annoying.
This is bugged for me in that it just wont complete. Ive read the things and even texted Regina but it didnt complete for me

Ok found the best way to do this, based on this video and the comments.
HE IS TOO BIG FOR THE ENTRANCE GATE
So get him to chase you, kite him towards the entrance gate, you squeeze through and from the street outside just spam grenades under his shield, hitting his feet to damage him. Dont kill him, to keep Regina Happy. Scan the corpses, collect all their loot (shards) and read them, and inside the building read the laptop messages, and text message regina to win.
I do enjoy this game but fuck me the bugs are killing me, the game says to search the area but there's literally nothing left for me to search…..
The guy with the shard is not in the same place for everybody just loot all the bodies then go to the laptop inside garage and read the messages.
.If you run behind him you get a chance to do take downs from the back. Pulling the battery out. And then from the side you run up on his arm and punch him in the face. The first take down goes from 100 to 70% of health
