Nope just one of the few secret missions in the game.
Just a teensy little side quest, is all.
I remember seeing this character in the bar in konpeki plaza during the heist, not sure if it’s just the character model or if this specific character has something for us in the future.
Pakeha – is Māori for White people FYI, so Angie here looks to have come to Night City from overseas
But there are many hidden quests, only in a few recent patches have they marked some of them with side quest markers, a Few examples are the Muck man car, or the car at the Film set in the badlands

OMG, when I did the race with Claire that ends there, it bugged after I won and my car got rammed into the ocean by one of the npc cars, I saw that mission marker but also Claire had disappeared so I assumed it was the mission marker bugging out so I swam away back up to the race but it's this!! Must go back now lol
This is on Xbox 1 as well so it's probably been with the game since launch.
