it’s weird that it’s not popping up for me at the vendor, does it disappear after the side mission with the gun vendor? or is it always there

It’s only 5 damage you can buy some that give 7 damage in many shops and when you’re level 30+ you can buy some that give 8 of damage

Okay TO BE CLEAR since these guides are practically half ass useful. You'd have to leave the 2nd amendment store, go towards your room / apartment until the NPC (Wilson) says "Wait don't go", or "Leave now, you'll break my heart." Once you've made it to that threshold you'll want to go into the menu. I am on PC so I just simply press the "i" Key and skip time to 24 hours. Go back to the 2nd Amendment store check and see if the Crafting Spec Crunch is available for purchase. Repeat untill it is. This may take 3-5 attempts But it will drop.
Any other additional information that I am unaware of. Such as any Level requirement is unknown.
