  1. "Ben" carnage lol you got me in to the original cyberpunk and I was with you all the way waiting for this but when it came out for one x it pissed me off and I played for a bit but I put it down now I have my series x I keep following along with you waiting until the day I can hop back in and enjoy the world again

  2. I loved the game, bought it a few days after it came out and put in 170 hours but didn't touch it in 2+ month.
Agree with you 100% and hope they do finish fixing it and release great DLC.

  3. These are bandaid fixes. To put it into perspective, we still don’t have police or NPC AI from 20 years ago. Increasing draw distance, a slider? Are you kidding me? These features need to be completely scrapped and rebuilt. So far I’ve seen nothing to make me think we’ll ever get half of the features promised. I don’t even think a proper police AI will ever be implemented.

  4. even when they will fix every single bug that exist in that game, the game will be a fking trash…..
    – the choice does not matter.

    -physics sucks

    -driving model sucks

    -ui sucks

    -the fucking city map sucks

    -and much much more.

  5. I like your tactful approach with this game. I want it to be great, and I've been enjoying it. Throwing crap at the devs will not make it better.

But that's assuming the people indulging in that behavior want the game to be good (don't honestly think that's it).

  6. They need to do way more that bug fixes to make me play the game again. I wish they add the lifepath, all the fake third person cutscene shown in the trailers and fake Gameplay vídeos. Etc

  7. Okay Cohh not to be too critical here, it's great to hear your opinion but I'd also like you to actually go through the patch. I get that you can't read every line but surely you could go through it and read out the biggest changes that pop out for you. This video just turned out to be you mostly rambling about your thoughts on the patch instead of what's in the patch. You even say in the video you will be "going over all the notes" (in these types of videos) but you skipped 99% of them in this one. Just some constructive feedback for ya!

  8. I already played the game and had so few issues that my biggest complaint is that I, on occasion, couldn't sprint with my Katana out until I swapped weapons.
I put about 90 hours into it and burnt myself out- but I absolutely want to play again at some point. I'm really excited to see where this will be in a year.

  9. After seeing the game first hand, I have no faith that CDPR will get this released onto the PS4.
On one hand, you have the PS4; a terrible piece of hardware that's easily beaten out by a 7 year old i3 and AMD GPU.
On the other hand you have – imo – the best looking AAA game ever developed.
The PS4 runs GTAV at 1080p on medium settings at a pretty stable 30 fps. That's it. On release the PS4 was already being capped at 30fps in large, open world games. And GTAV looks like a bag of rocks next to Cyberpunk.
Short of creating entirely new textures specifically for the console launch, running the game at 480p or straight up black magic- I have no clue how they're get the game to run smoothly.

  10. The biggest disappointment to me is the gang system. I expected we'd get to know these gangs, have a reputation system with them, where maybe you have better odds at a diplomatic outcome to a quest if they like / respect you, but only violent options if they hate you. I wanted to make friends in those gangs, and then have some quests against those gangs risk those characters dying, forcing you to choose between profit or friendship. I wanted each gang to have distinctive tactics to how they fight, beyond simply using different weapons. I wanted multiple quest chains to get to know each gang so they felt real.

We got a very flat and one dimensional version of that instead, and I never felt bad for fighting any of the gangs, since you had no real connection to them. I'm very, very, skeptical that will ever get fixed, so while I want to love this game, I think it's always going to disappoint me.

  11. It's a good step forward, though until they actually add in a wanted system, give police the ability to drive and add in more activities to do in Night City away from the jobs I'm not going back to it. They have a LONG way to go before Cyberpunk comes anywhere near what was promised. I'm all in on that vision, but I don't want to re-live my disappointment by going back to it early.

  12. The one massive thing about the game being released is that it almost paradoxically allows them to work more on fixing the game. Anyone that has worked in any similar industry knows that until a product is released there is always someone, somewhere within the pipeline who is pushing for new features or functionality instead of tidying up what is already there. With the release out of the way that is mostly curtailed (There is DLC obviously but that is somewhat different) and allows people to work on the things that need to be fixed.

  13. One mistake by a company that has been brilliant for more than a decade and there treated immediately like EA, Activision and Bethesda!!!! Gamers always bite the hand that feeds them. Is it any wonder most devs don't care about gamers?!

  14. The real test will be when it comes to the features they promised like the advanced crowd AI, wall running, car ambushes, environmental takedowns, police actually being part of the world and not spawn ins, dynamic weather, robust character customization, advanced hacking. But these bug fixes and basic improvements to QoL are a good start. Maybe in a year or so it'll be worth pirating the game!

  15. For me, i do like they are working on the fixes first because they are needed, of course if they can reinvent cop system etc so its more like it was envisioned i would be very happy.

  16. Over 500+ changes to the game and its a “good start” If that doesn’t highlight how criminal this game was to charge full price at release, nothing will….. absolutely insane how bad a state this game is in.

  17. I own two copies of Witcher 3. I'm a fan of Cyberpunk 2077, but it needs proper optimisation (even on PC) and a content drop with some forgotten / undercooked features.

I just uninstalled CP for now. 30+ GB of bug fixes isn't really worth the download. Definitive Edition please.
