I can see that your gpu is not being fully utilized. Is there a power saving mode or something?
It's this game that prove my point on why we need mid generation console refresh because you can barely hit 60 fps in Performance Mode. Digital Foundry's February video on the release of the big update a few months back shows how we need more powerful systems. Especially when games start releasing with Unreal Engine 5, as graphic intensive as they will be (hopefully), it will be hard for these consoles to get 30 fps with ray tracing, variable ate shading, etc etc.
This is what I have been talking about, all my friends that develop games told me that most future games will be very CPU heavy on high. It seems UE 5 uses 16+ cores. Seems like they made cyberpunk after that model too.
