  1. I care more about the world and the universe then the game itself, that’s what got me hyped for it so I hope they fix this game and stick with building upon this unique game or deus ex needs to step up because I need more cyberpunk games that has a cool open world that feels familiar. Not many games like this that I’m aware. So yeah I want cdpr to pull through, and I’ll maintain my faith given the huge success of the Witcher.

  2. Apart from the weekend (it is very difficult to release the patch on weekends.)

They are 5 days old and counting to deliver the patch.

Or it will be more of a promise that they will not keep.

You can list them all here, but it would take a long time.

  3. I keep saying it but, patches can’t fix this game.

I was one of the people with enough foresight not to purchase it.

    But, I digress.

There’s something devastatingly wrong with the foundation of this game that patches, simply can’t fix.

They’d have to completely shelve this game. And then sit down for like another two years and go to town on this game.

Then maybe it’d scratch the surface of being as immersive and realized as GTA5 or Red Dead 2

Plus they straighted lied and hustled their fan base. To me that’s not redeemable

But hey I’m just an opinionasaurus

    Soo…🤨

  4. I hope these fixes are not permanent.. I hope they just want to fix the damn game to be at least more enjoyable to play and then REDO traffic, NPC and police AI like they were supposed to do from the start. Cause still that line haunts me to this day from E3 2018 goes something like this "we greatly enhanced crowd behavior to be the most realistic in any open world game" like… what???? dude…

  5. How many games were unfinished and screwed up on ps3 and xbox360 generation do you remember????? PS4 and Xbox 1 generation has had more unfinished and broken games released then not broken. At least that’s how it feels. I am not optimistic for the ps5 and Xbox series X generation. I bought Cyberpunk and Andromeda on day one. They have cured my FOMO(fear of missing out). Will waiting a week really make a difference to play a game? Now I wait and see the reviews before any game purchase. We have the power to stop these shitty releases. The Mass Effect remaster is no different. Wait and see. Games don’t usually go up on value they go down. I’m personally gonna wait for the Christmas sale for Mass Effect because I wanna see how woke they made it. How much ass bothered them. And most importantly I’ve vowed to never pay full price for an EA product again. But that’s me. Who and how are you??? I’m just tired of being disrespected as a consumer. I’m not a sheep. Are you?

  6. instead of the police spawning behind you now it is a drone. this hasn't changed anything because even in their video you can see the drone spawn in and even see the police spawn halfway down the road. they haven't fixed anything but just made it harder to see.

  7. This should of been the case on release, and plenty more. I’m sick of this company’s constant bullshit. I even think that the liars behind the release, are the same bullshitters about the theft. I don’t buy any of it. They lied took the money, and run, and now they are good guys bollocks. This game will forever be a shit mess on last gen, They are scum, any company that bullshits for financial gain is scum.

  8. No they don't. Youtubers, STOP. You're embarrassing yourself.
Thoses devs spat at gamers ' faces, now they are actually joking about it with this "patch"
Only three minor changes, not even fixes.
I bet only one guy is actually working in CDPR studios.
    One more thumb down bitch.

  9. I havent played Cyberpunk 2077 in months – and I cannot believe this shit isnt already patched out of the game. Wow. I dont know how anyone can commend them on this. Idk. Seems like such an incremental improvement that should have been done immediately.

  10. CD Projekt needs to be honest with themselves and admit they bit off more than they could chew with this game. Everyone keeps hoping for a “No Man’s Sky” story but this is just going to end up like Anthem. The sooner CD Projekt realizes this and moves on the better. Bugs aside, it’s an average game at best. It needs two more years of development to get it to resemble what was marketed and what CD Projekt was aiming for. The player base won’t wait around for that. Why stick development cost into a game that no one will be playing a year from now? They got lucky this game made back its development cost. Time to admit the failure, move on (or back) to what you do best (Witcher titles), and try to repair your reputation with future games.

  11. It blows my fucking mind that they're marketing a patch. Don't get me wrong, the news report format is cute, but it's a little tone deaf. If this was a new quest, I'd understand the flavour text, but this is a patch. They're finishing an unfinished product after they sold it to us, and they're coming across as cocky while they do it. I hope the patch ends up progressing the game's state, but something about this rubs me the wrong way.

"How dare they! Gaming companies can't keep releasing broken games and then just patch them later!"
    *Company releases a couple patches
"OMG this company deserves so much praise!!! Here take another $70 for the season pass, ugh I'm COOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMIIING!!!!!!!!!!! 😫😫😫"

  13. I'd like to add that CDPR has never done water properly in any of it's games, I mean, the skellige isles look like they are in a very calm and flat lake don't BS me, you don't know how to do water well, cmon' CDPR start investing in water like ubisoft, you have big pretentions and that's ok… if you can back them up… which you aren't.

  14. So I'm low on disc space, you think it's worth it to keep the 60 cyberpunk gigs and wait for it to be patched or should i just delete it and move on. I haven't touched it since my 2nd playthrough 2 months ago

  15. Saw in another channel, they didn't fix the police, they just added the drone and the cops respawn a bit further, that's all. Very lazy CDPR, another disappointment, still waiting for the game to become something near what was promised. I won't buy the game in this state.

  16. They STILL haven't fixed the minimap by zooming it out to 2-2.5x so when you're going along at 200 kph you don't go flying past your turn and have to turn around to get to it?
This is one of the more apparent issues with the driving model, not being able to see where you need to go, that had a mod released very shortly after launch and they still haven't fixed it themselves? Sorry not sorry, but CDPR is a complete fucking joke at this point.
The police "fix" is just dumping their spawn point further out instead of on your ass. They still don't have their AI fixed and apparently they still can't chase you in cars or do anything remotely competent.
The driving model fix, fine. But I'll also say this, it isn't because of "low frame rates" like they're trying to pin it on. It's because their driving model is shit. I was playing at a locked 60FPS and it controlled like shit. And I've played plenty of racing games or games with driving on PC, from Assetto Corsa/Competizione to Forza 7/Horizon 3&4 to GTA V to F1/Grid/Dirt Rally 2.0 and so forth. I feel competent enough in how a car should feel with a controller or racing wheel on my system. Cyberpunk's driving model is bad. Plain and simple. The only time it feels good is going in a straight line. It's basically like every car is a Reliant Robin. Show it a corner and it shits itself.
The dodge thing I don't care about. The bit with cars getting stuck on geometry is fine, whatever. Shouldn't have had to be patched in.
At the end of the day they're never going to fix this thing. There are far too many lies from all the PR garbage they sold to people for it to be fixed. Even if they fix every single bug, which is a monumental undertaking they still have missing features and QoL fixes. If they fix QoL issues they still have a mountain of missing features. It won't happen. They'll patch to fix bugs, fix a few things here and then, and then start peddling their bullshit conman DLC.

  17. Honestly when it comes to the older generation consoles I think CD projekt reds best bet is to cut their losses, add a 3rd person mode and greatly reduce the quality of world textures, the newer AC games get praised for their graphics and framerate regularly, but if they were in first person they would look awful as there are very few high quality textures.
Cyberpunk 2077 should have been a pc exclusive untill they figured out how to get it running on older hardware just like the witcher 3 was for years, but they wanted that pre order money from every platform, disgusting.
I play on pc, i just think this sort of practice needs to be shunned, especially when over half the player base are on console, i won't be buying another CD Project Red game or dlc unless they fix this game for everyone on every platform.

  18. They literally changed a single line of code concerning police spawns in 3 months and added in a scanner that spawns in. They're padding out the patch update posts to disguise the fact they've done almost nothing.
