Fuck thats stupid exensive, i want to get rid of a perk where i dismantle all junk. Its costing me a fortune since i'm not getting those junk items that are worth 750€$ Most useless perk there is since the scrap you get for it is useless. Eddies never are.

So i have to waste 100k to get rid of a harmful perk. good god, this is dishearting. Get screwed over because i didn't look every little thing up and took the throwing knife ability. now i can't block and am at risk of throwing away a legendary knife.
