  1. They might have pushed the release by a month so it's not really that big deal considering nearly every game has been delayed to 2022-2023 window.

So there's really no need to be that upset. Especially since it's still pandemic season and most people prefer to work at home.
It's easy for YouTuber to get super salty that "why aren't these people doing their job in time, what's wrong with them" when you're only having to be responsible to yourself only.

People actually had a lot of deficiency working at home. People could have had 0-5 year old children, teenagers having their tantrums, family member dying, people getting 2-4 weeks sick leave after getting flu etc.

This isn't the fault of CDPR that the game got delayed. They were just roughly working on estimate based on what they assumed would work given normal circumstances…. and sadly things didn't return to normal with the vaccines, thanks a lot due to crazy lunatics screaming that masks are killing people. It really does suck being at the mercy of the dumbest people in the society not having the basic decency to just wear a damn mask, we would have never had the alpha variant without these degenerates ignoring all rules and recommendations.

As dumb as it sounds, we should blame people like Alex Jones for CDPR delaying the game.

Also I'm not a blind fanboy, I do realize they falsely marketed the game, and definitely shouldn't have had preorder option for it. I think it would have been best to do it Baldur's Gate 3 route where the game has been like 18 months in "Early Access" and the actual release date is moved far later.

This way they wouldn't have had to make physical copies of disks that then went in discount. Keep the game upgraded and then not having to worry that much if something breaks, after all, it's early access, and they can patch mistakes in the next day.
