I hate how slow the reload is since the 2.0 update. The soverign before 2.0 use to reload super fast but all igla reload is just so painfully slow it just feels bad
Also you use to be able to fire sovereign use to be able to fire one barrel at a time which is also much more efficient as you can potentially kill 2 enemies rather than overkill 1

I know it got nerfed with PL but I still love Sovereign. If you get the implant to EMP blast on reload, every shot is an explosion, especially if you are using weakspots then you can get a cool chain reaction in groups. Never heard of Kneel before this though, seems very OP. Order is great too, I love the way enemies kinda line up for you when you use it.
You’re using the power double barrel wrong. It’s a shotgun. You have armor and health. Get. In. Their. Faces.
They’d be higher if I had been making this list for the fact that unlike other shotguns, you’re not spending an age reloading. One shot and more often than not your enemies are down, and with the other pull that’s two enemies dead. And then 1 sec to reload and you’re rocking and looking for two more kills.
You're ranking smart shotguns without using the proper build for them. S'why your Palica is on last place. Smart guns have a perk that increases their accuracy based on max cyberdeck's RAM. Making the tetratronic (20 RAM) the best cyberdeck for smart guns. Your video also doesn't mention any perks spent on int either, are you even using the smart guns perks to judge smart guns? That aside, the ranking of power/tech guns are on point!
Omfg ranking every shotgun in the game only according to how well it synergises with an almost unobtainable mod is just so damn wrong no matter how overpowered it is.
To get the mod you gotta play the game until you reach max level, and if you're not too lucky, you'll have to farm for it as well.
Until then you need to use something on your shotgun build, and I expected this video to guide me.
I'm deeply disappointed.

How many hours do u have in the game? I plan to do a 4th playthrough soon with hella mods and I just wanna say that your videos are awesome. I have almost 400 hours over my 3 playthroughs for my 4th one I will break the 500 hour mark. I love this game. I just want the upcoming bug fix update to come so all the mods I have wishlisted can be updated once more. Just waiting for the right time to do this final playthrough. I have so many mods bookmarked on nexusmods
On 1.5 i stormed the Arasaka Tower with Headsman, Kongou and a uinique smart submashine gun i forgot the name of. and Headsman, despite only having 4 shots, just dominated other shotguns in terms of raw power. But that was probably due to the weird balance and a way to create truly OP guns and equipment by stacking into Tech and upgrading those to the max possible level
(I mean i didn't really use Kongou that much and somehow he was doing insane 38k critical ricoshets that tore throw Arasaka's armed robots)
I had a lot of fun starting phantom liberty using sovereign and the caretaker shovel with the berserker OS. Popping it when fights got too overwhelming for the shotgun turning into some sort of invincible WW1 trench rusher with an excavation tool was cathartic (using the blunt weapon charge perk) especially juxtaposed against the world of smart weapons, quick hacks, and all sorts of tech
Have to say, I REALLY hate the Nerfhammer CDPR swung around like a braindead toddler with 2.0. Sure, Iconics with full mod slots was overkill, but then again, they are Iconic weapons, so I'd say THAT'S THE POINT! But I agree with some nerfing to make standard guns more competitive, but this was overshooting the target by 10 klicks at least. My personal preference would be to reduce max mod slots by 1 on Iconics, to reflect the Iconic modding and leave 2 mod slots and, if appropriate, the scope slot open to us.
So pleased i picked up a 5+ satara on my tech build last night 😊
Shock-N-Awe is a great Cyberware to use with the Dezerter. Everytime the Dezerter sets you on fire you have a change to unleash a huge electroshock.

I admittedly haven't finished the video, im only halfway, but it feels like the Kneel! Mod is becoming a bit too much of a factor in the list so far, and that seems to be skewing the results a bit, and I dont just say this as an LH zuho fan, just as an observation seeing how often its brought up.
also on that note, I find the zuho to work best as a sort of sniping shotgun, since aiming all the rounds at an enemies head can usually kill them, if not then using mods or perks that cause multiple targets to be targeted in the head may be more useful. but it is way better when using overclock since it will automatically aim, that or korenzekov.
A regular Tactician for me, with a smidge of Crusher. All the rest are not for me.
Regardless of its placement now, blowing people backwards with Guts is endlessly satisfying
I think the Headsman needs to be placed higher. With the 200% headshot multiplier and extremely high base damage and decent enough rate of fire, made this shotgun pretty devastating with a Sandi.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Kneel was meant to be per-shot instead of per-projectile. A 25% chance of instakill per-projectile on a shotgun is obviously broken.
Soooo basically.. They should nerf the kneel mod.
P.S. You can get Dezerter shotgun without doing the quest. I got it while randomly scanning DG on my 1st playthrough, but there's a high Tech or Intelligence check, at least lvl 15.

In my opinion igla is the overal most op weapon in the game at 5++ with the iconic explosive rounds mod
Testera is way too low it literally one taps most on very hard difficulty. With the right cyberware stat modifiers for reload speed and the shotgun perks maxed, it’s literally flawless. The iconic version tanks your health too much even with chitin etc.
The crusher sucks
Dezerter is reminiscent of certain Kreig builds in Borderlands 2.
You can spec into shotguns and fire damage that sets you on fire, buffs your damage, and makes you an unkillable god.
I turned my internet off so it can't download the new update. Kneel mod is gonna get nerfed
