  1. The cooldown reduction on quantum tuner is a huge part of the power. It's a key component of permanent cyberware builds (so you can have permanent cyberware even when 1v1). The strongest case I've found is immortal berserk. It is hilarious because you can completely ignore any kind of survivability and just go ultra glass cannon melee build.

  2. One really important thing to consider with high armor builds is mitigation. There are various perks to boost the chance of triggering and you can get the total damage reduction up to 90%. 1500 armor combined with 90% mitigation strength and a high mitigation chance make you feel like ridiculous og cyberpunk builds.

  3. Ram Reallocator actually helps if you want to get full cyberware to trigger edgerunner, at the begining you dont want to overweight cyberware, but to trigger edgerunner in a tech-int build you will need everything to help get to the border of full cyberware.

  4. Most importantly – Axlotl works with bloodpump. Aaaand with wrist launcher too. Honestly, I would put it #1 as it seems like a must in any build that is not hugging a wall on very hard.

  5. Leeroy Ligaments are really great for anyone using SystemEX Extended mod on PC, as you can have two leg slots. I also downloaded another mod that gave you unlimited double jumps, so now I can basically jump any height while moving super fast and dashing.

  6. For anyone who truly wanna be tanky. Just go for the rear guard and or the Painductor cyberware. I may not be going Very hard 24/7. But out of everything, it felt like they did the most in making me feel goddamn invincible in hard.

  7. Chitin is goated for netrunners too for health regen during overclock imo. As a stealth netrunner I actually still went 20 in body since more health is effectively more RAM, and with a ton of health regen, even the massive fights like the constant swarm of enemies at the start of the Arasaka Tower solo run didn't really see me running getting that low.

  8. If you are struggling with survivability, then get defensicov, neofiber and the one that grants raw mitigation. You can upkeep 80% mitigation strength for roughly 80% of the time. It's much stronger than stacking armor.

  9. Axolotal not sure I spelled it right, plus ram reallocation, plus all ram effects heal, there's more to it, but it's just a winning more on top of the already broken netrunner oc chain.

  10. I love the double jump to dash, I've learned that touching ground will auto reset the dash, so I tend to "land" on the very edge of ledges to reset the dash and jump while losing minimal speed

  11. Infinite Synapse Burnout spam with all the crit modifiers is just a 1 shot on almost every enemy. Like doing 50k damage per synapse upload is bs. 20 intel 20 tech then 20 body….you are just basically an undying god with 600+ hp 1k armour, adrenaline, 2nd heart just in case u go too hard on overcasting, and all the health and ram regen… its just busted. Only Maxtac pose some resistance on very hard now.

  12. Worth mentioning about Axolotl is that it reduces the cooldown on Blood Pump as well. So there are Berserk sets that make this incredibly overpowered, especially on Biodyne Berserk. Reason for this is that you can have Axolotl + Blood Pump + Biomonitor to repeatedly trigger Reflex Tuner to slow down time (if you run it), Biodyne Berserk to give you massive crit chance (20% by itself + 20% for having Reflex at Level 20) and improved up-time due to Axolotl, Blood Pump Biomonitor combo repeatedly triggering Adrenaline Rush for extra buffs as well as buffs from healing if invested in that area. It makes you an invincible monster even on Very Hard.

  13. What is bad about this expansion is we lost the netrunner crit electric smart shotgun build. You can create something that look like it, but never you gonna have so much power anymore.

  14. I don't think the Electromag recycler is working. Even if it is, it'd be busted if it works as described on anything automatic, and any upgraded tech weapon that isn't automatic is probably 1-shotting enemies more often than not, making Heal-on-Kill stronger.
