Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure RPG set in the megalopolis of Night City, where you play as a cyberpunk mercenary wrapped up in a do-or-die fight for survival. Improved and featuring all-new free additional content, customize your character and playstyle as you take on jobs, build a reputation, and unlock upgrades. The relationships you forge and the choices you make will shape the story and the world around you. Legends are made here.

From my time with the game, I didn't like any of the fixers, heck I didn't even like Rogue. Bunch of wanna be Don's, Wakako was an OG, I wish she had of been a romance option, her and V in some girl on girl action on her desk.
Great vid but my issue with 3 of your picks are as follows
Rogue- while I agree with what you said thereβs a part that you left out that I think earns her points and thatβs when you do the shipping yard rogue says that she will work with anybody only on her terms which implies that she was smart enough to play the corps for her own benifit which to me is more then anybody else has done.
Pardre- the part that I thought was really smart was the part in one of his gigs where the cop was killed where v tells him bout the militech gear an he realized that there was a potential 4th corpo war on the horizon as he says arasaka could be planing to assault militech an that heβs choosing to not get involved which would be a very smart and potentially profitable venture in the future.
Hands- while I agree he is smart it really wasnβt smart to not come to dogtown with no rep or any real connections that to me is a big point loss, but yes as a business man he is smart.
An the last thing with the cyberpsychos didnβt Mellisa Rory become a maxtac agent as a psycho so they found away already to at least keep it in check right? Anyway let me know if you agree with my points with these I made, great vid again
Small detail about dex's 'ride for one', the way he says "shuttle I booked, today", meaning he booked that shuttle during the planning stage of the heist and never intended to pay anyone, because realistically how are some NC gonks going to hit Dex if he's on the moon?
I don't think Regina is working with Militech, at least not wholesale, I say this because one of the first psychos we can fight is Lt Mower who was targeted by a Militech hit squad and Regina sends in V to capture her alive AGAINST their desires.
love your cyberpunk vids, man i wish i could erase my memory and play this game for the 1st time
If you ranked Mr. Hands as the smartest one, you also should rank him very low in trustworthness, because it means that you accept the leak of your personal data to Aguilar as intentional from his part.
Itβs a good list. Rogue and Hands do the best job of seeing the big picture, even have gigs for balancing their ecosystems. Rogue has the Johnny Silverhand weakness, but Hands seems only to have a giant screen sphinx cat weaknessπ. The Russian fixer, though, intelligent at a higher level, but not street smart. Like a tiger up to his neck in the Amazon, trying to fight piranhas. Just out of his element. Iβd chalk that up to dumb superiors, it reeks of management disconnect π. No evidence for that though.
Found out the hard way, if V (as Aguilar) zeros Bennett at the wake, Mr. Hands is indeed quite peeved for putting Jago in charge. But. Later on, he calls V to comment on how well Jago is doing, how smoothly things are running, contrary to his expectations, and compliments V on a good choice. You could count this against Hands in that his logic for "people don't follow bookkeepers" was somewhat short-sighted. But still deserves the top spot, for being the man pulling the strings in Dogtown.
Not sure why Faraday, Mr. Blue Eyes, and V are lurking down in the list. Faraday was a fixer, sure, flatlined prior to Cyberpunk 2077, he could have been placed, but wasn't. Mr. Blue Eyes, is he a fixer really? I don't think he accepts jobs and outsources them to mercs (except maybe that one time during Sun). And V? Implied to be a fixer in Sun, but also a mercenary/ V is only as dumb/smart as you are. Did you make an editorial decision at the end not to include them?
Something I've wondered about for a while: if you're playing as a Nomad, at the beginning, during the lifepath intro where you meet Jackie for the first time, who is the fixer who set up that job? When Jackie says "Did the fixer give you the detes?" V says, "He…. he did." So the fixer is definitely a man. That immediately rules out Dakota, Regina, and Wakako. I'm guessing it's not Mr. Hands, Muamar, or Dino, because because they all introduce themselves when they call you after Watson gets taken off lockdown (although they could have known Jackie and not you, so I might be wrong about that). I've tried to logically figure out who it is using shards and dialogue in the game, but I can't seem to arrive at any answers. Who was the fixer who set up the "Nomad iguana smuggling" gig at the start of the game?
El Capitanβs mullet gives him minus-points. But his car-gigs gives him pluss-points.
