The bit where V is trying to trying to get Connor to say something rude about her, reminds me of a scene in Red Dwarf where Lister is trying to get their Android Kryten to be mean about Arnold Rimmer.

Check on Brendan in a day or two he has an on going quest same as prophet garry that is near misty esoterica.
4:47 the civilians in the game are so sensitive for illegality, they tend to freak out through the walls just because of their spidey senses but the actual tygers or whoever non-civs don't react to the shrieking lol. I wonder if it's just to make sure they aren't in the way when the player starts to party.

Awesome! For events with a blue star icon, like the shoot-out at 31:51, you can intervene or not, in this case you could have sided with the NCPD and shot the other side without any issue.
In some police cars you can listen to the NCPD radio chatter but not regular stations
For radio stations while driving other cars/bikes I'd recommend Body Heat (everyone's favourite lol) if you like EDM, Night FM for more relaxed, background EDM, Principales if you're ok with latin hip-hop and The Dirge also for hip-hop. Really depends on your taste of course, but there are some genuinely amazing songs on these radio stations.
