Welcome back to another gameplay series! I’m diving into the world of Cyberpunk 2077 for the first time with a corpo build. This is a two part playthrough. We’ll complete the base game and experience the original ending in Night City. Then we’ll take on Dogtown with Songbird, and Reed in the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty expansion. I’m excited to experience the action this game from CD Projekt Red has to offer. With enemies and bosses like Arasaka, Adam Smasher, Millitech, and Cyber Psychos, our missions and challenges will likely be high-tech mayhem for this newbie gamer.

  1. Don’t worry, there’s no way to save Evelyn. Also, you have her cigarette case because Judy gives it to you at the start when you first start looking for Evelyn

  2. Evelyn 😢😭😭😭 This and jackies death always make me cry. She deserved better. I wanted her to escape night city. She went through hell. Poor girl.
Ozob is a chill guy. He sounds scary but he is a chill choom

  3. At the mission with Bartmoss Collective it made me laugh more than once, of course, here you have to wait for Nancy, but it's all in its own time. A nice Christmas Monday with you is the perfect time.
    Oh that's right,
On the occasion of Christ Easter I wish you a lot of health, hope for a good time. may Jesus bless you and your family.🥚🙏🏻😇

  4. The finale of the Evelyn arc is heartbreaking. That is one of the darkest storylines from any game I have ever played. I loved your honest reactions. What were your two lines: “Say the word and atrocities will be committed” and “I feel so empty inside.”

Probably won’t be the last time you say that during this game.

In Game of Thrones, Ramsey Snow has a line that perfectly sums up this game, “If you think this has a happy ending, you haven’t been paying attention.”

    Good luck, choom!

  5. Watching your playthrough inspired me to start my latest run! Thanks Mazo!
I finished the game twice when the version was what you're using. Version 2.12a is so amazing though! I've seen so few glitches as I saw previously and new mechanics (cyberware, clothes, perks, etc.) are so much better. And riding the metro is so amazing–coming from Chicago, its so familiar. Brings the city to life!

  6. Meet Hanako at Embers (Nocture mission) is indeed the mission that triggers the end of the game, a point of no return. "Meet Hanako at Embers" is the thing many players contantly see as their objective, yet they never want to do it, because they don't want the game to end 🙂

  7. My favorite game ever next to RDR2 and I have not finished it since i bought it last summer. Just finished RDR2 after 2 years. It's like I never want them to end lol. Been enjoying your playthrough so far. It's the best one out there 😊😊

  8. Another Great video! Tragic and unexpected, Evelyn's death in Cyberpunk 2077 sent shockwaves through Night City. It was a pivotal moment that not only shaped V's journey but also delved deeper into the gritty and unforgiving world of cybernetic augmentation and corporate intrigue. The emotional weight of her demise left many players reeling, showcasing the game's ability to weave complex narratives that resonate on a personal level. RIP Evelyn, your presence in the cybernetic labyrinth of Night City will not be forgotten.

  9. Ah yes, the real tragedy of Evelyn. But Mazo there was nothing you could have done differently, the scavs messed her up something fierce. That is why you don't let any scavs live..

  10. Congratulations on your new apartment 😄 By the way, you are starting to come to the places where the story of this game really starts to kick in!! For me, these parts start with Johnny saying that "there is no happy ending for the people like us in this city…" The bitter true stories of Cyberpunk hit you in the face… That's why I love this game so much ! R.I.P Eve.

  11. ozob is sort of a nod-back to the original pnp cyberpunk where a gang called the clowns existed. I did not even knew this when playing the game and read it later, to me he was just a zany character, that night citiy is not short of. But I quite liked him. and indeed, if you want, this is not the last you see of him. and there is a hilarious thing connected with his nose in that meet-up too. evelyns mission is one of the most disturbing cause she was our first contact into the "major leagues" that made our life go ass-up as the player-character and we formed some sort of relationship with her. while death is daily occurence in night city and her fate sadly nothing out of the ordinary in NC, it goes closer to the players heart cause you had all that build-up and the relationship going along with that. But the truly most fucked up quest and the implications that it opens is actually the peralez questline I think, which sandra dorsetts secrets also tie in to. both queste are also somewhat callbacks (together with the voodooboys too, well sort of) to one of the quintessential cyberpunk novels, neuromancer by will gibson. weird net-cults, AI pulling the strings of human protagonists, the mysterious femme fatale, a fucked up hacker, you know, that sort of thing… not unheard of in cyberpunk, but been there before.

  12. Sandra wasn't working with Corpos. The dialouge you have with her indicates she hacked into Night Corp's systems and uncovered a mind control conspiracy. Which is why she's paranoid about getting found out

  13. theres a few scenes in this game that send litteral chills through my body. opening the door to judys apartment and immedietly hearing her screaming about evelyn is one of those. its incredibly sad, since the game leads you on a bit to believe evelyn will get better. i know i was expecting to see more of her after she gets back to judys apartment. guess it just goes to show theres no happy endings in night city.

a side note, i took one of my favourite screenshots during this scene of judy when shes sitting on the bed next to evelyn, crying.

thanks for continuing this series! i know this is all released long after youve played it, but do you also do phantom liberty?
