About my channel:
I cover mainly single-player, story-driven games from major and indie publishers. I create original Let’s Play video series, walkthroughs, game guides and other related content with added commentary.

My video game walkthroughs show how to solve puzzles and complete in-game quests, what choices to make to find alternative plot lines and how to unlock different endings.

It takes me hours of capturing game footage, recording commentary, editing and rendering videos to create quality content that serve to both entertain and educate viewers.

  1. This actually isn't an inconsistency. Jackie isn't talking to V in the elevator, he is telling himself not to antagonize Maelstrom. Earlier in the mission, he says he hates Maelstrom especially because, unlike the valentinos, they don't have any honor or sense of family. That point is perfectly illustrated by the fact that they just had a mutiny happen in their ranks, leading to a change in leadership. Maelstrom is violent and volatile even to the point of harming their own. Of course, as soon as dum dum becomes overly antagonistic during the conversation because Jackie wants to stand, he immediately forgets what he was saying and stands up for himself rather than being pushed around. Which makes sense for a guy who stood up to his abusive father. Jackie was trying to go against his nature of being the person who stands up to bullies, and failed. It goes to show how fleshed out of a character he was

  2. The moment is entirely consistent with Jackie's character. He wants to remain calm and have no trouble, but at the end of the day, if he is headstrong and cagey. He doesn't want to be put on the backfoot.

  3. That was not an inconsistent point.
An inconsistent point would be Johnny talking about how he can only see what V can see, however there are moments where he can see things that V cannot. Like at the motel, when he tells V a car is outside, but V is nowhere by the window to see that.

  4. See, while the whole situation could be him trying to give V the upper hand by making V the mediator, we forget that Jackie was almost ended by Maelstrom during the Maelstrom/Valentino gang war (we learn this during Heroes and Jack’s service). He was a part of that war, left very soon after (most likely bc of his mother). That sort of hatred doesn’t just burn away overnight. Walking right into the middle of his enemy’s lair, even if the reason is 1000% important, Jackie can’t let the old grudges go. He’s lucky V was there and being level-headed because if it were just Jackie, I’m sure he would’ve just stormed the plant. TBH, I’m sure the gangoon who planted those bullets in Jackie was there (we don’t have any indication otherwise), so if Jackie managed to pick them out in the crowd, that would’ve set him solely on edge, and Jack’s fight/flight responses would go off…meaning he’d be ready to throw hands and plant bullets.

  5. Jackie is a gonk. Not inconsistent. He's adhd or something. Forgets shit. Like telling V about the Afterlife, and talking trash about Tbug while she's listening the whole time. Seems someone else is gone too.
