Join me as I put the powerful NVIDIA RTX 4090 and AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D to the test in Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K resolution! I’ll be benchmarking the game at 4K (3840 x 2160) and FULL HD (1920 x1080) with Path Tracing, RT ON Psycho and MAX graphics settings to see just how well these components can handle the load. From ray tracing to ultra-high textures, we’ll be pushing these components to their limits. CPU Bottleneck: The Ryzen 7 9800X3D will be more than capable and will not bottleneck the performance, given its strong multi-core and gaming capabilities. The AMD Ryzen 9 9800X3D and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 create a powerful combination for gaming, particularly for graphically demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077.

Here’s what you can generally expect from gameplay at both 1080p and 4K resolutions:
4K 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 00:01 2160p, Max detail, RT ON – Psycho, Path tracing ON, DLSS Quality
Full HD 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 01:56 1080p, Max detail, RT ON – Psycho, Path tracing ON, DLSS Quality

– 1080p Gameplay
Performance: At 1080p, the combination of the 9800X3D and RTX 4090 should easily run Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings with frame rates in the range of 200-300.

– 4K Gameplay
Performance: At 4K, the performance will be more demanding, but the RTX 4090 is designed to handle such resolutions. You can expect frame rates in the range of 100-150 fps at ultra settings with Path Tracing ON and RT on Psycho.

Ray Tracing: Enabling ray tracing at 4K will put a significant load on the GPU. However, with proper DLSS settings (e.g., DLSS Quality), you can still achieve playable frame rates while enjoying enhanced visual fidelity.
