Tarot card mystery/Mysticism/Sciencr;
Theoretically, we know know that Geralt, and/or Ciri, were supposed to have made a brief interplanar trip to Night City – or at least the world of.
I feel like any elements in Cyberpunk2077 that specifically tend to bleed mysticism and technology together should start being investigated through that kind of lens.
Rache Bartmoss's body died in 2022, He doesn't need a body. He lives on the net. Bartmoss didn't like Johnny and is known for playing pranks. The hairless cats are probably Deathwish bots. Rache had a hairless cat named Deathwish.
There is a newish easter egg in the desert a few patches back that nobody seems to have noticed. If you go to the spot where I'll Fly away happens, Where Scorpion and his car was sent off the edge, then travel along the edge of that cliff till you reach the bloody red pond with all the manaquins in it, then drive along the maps edge on the way to the Aldecados 2nd camp, You will find a firepit in the middle of the night with ppl standing around it. When you approach the fire/ppl something happens to the ppl. and there's a clue that it's your fault somehow. Beware demons in the desert.
– Mr. Blue eyes likely works for OAB. There's enough clues to point it out. like Team color codes and him being in OAs offices, and him being involved with man of the space stuff. He likely has a home at the Crystal Palace. OAB (Orbital Air Black.)
Why did Yorinobu need Johnny's engram? Because he made (Or was going to make) the same deal with Alt we did. He was going to use her to bring down Arasaka and Mikoshi. Regardless of the consequences. That's why Yorinobu is floundering after the heist. he seizes power but is unable to enact his plan without the trump card. He made a deal with net watch because he was going to use their hardware to breach the Blackwall to unleash Alt on Arasaka.
6:21 whats with blue eyes 🤔
OMG a Mechanicus reference. Praise the Omnisiah!
Any news on the serial killer?
Like many have said, FF06B5 is just a 4th wall breaking easter egg. The instant that Witcher 3 entered the picture made it non canon to the Cyberpunk Universe.
This idea of cyberspace being hell/(heaven) and AIs being demons/(angels) trying to get to the "real world" is awesome. Possibly even more than the concepts of life/death/identity/immortality from the first game.
Sam! I just played through phantom liberty again. I helped Songbird and went to the spaceport. I followed a Japanese traveler who had blue eyes after he walked up to me, said nothing, and then turned to walk away.. He was scanned as “suspicious traveler”. I followed him from a distance. He led me into a bathroom. There was an open vent and I climbed up.
Johnny is the one who killed her body in his memory. You never unplug a runner from the net while they are still running it.
theres always a weird back and forth with Cyberpunk, that Technology has removed or replaced spirituality. Its almost like we have to wither accept Misty is just spiritual as a form of "balance" or that she and possibke the monk are more than they let on.
A potential use Alt could have for all those engrams is to use them to forcibly hybridize the non-hybrid AIs.
I am still waiting for Ciri to walk through the background in a cut scene.
24:24 Why are they all prime numbers?
My old brain forgot that 2 is prime.
20:46 Plot twist, Cyberpunk and 40k are the same timeline. Mr. Night is the Emperor, and Maelstrom are the precursors to the Mechanicus
I think the game does often leans too far into interpretation, grunge, being vague and environmental storytelling. I hope the sequel is more active in this regard. Am rpg has to be careful with being too subtle and letting the player tell the story because ultimately what players can do in a game is at the mercy of what the developers allow us to do.
28:58 it would make sense if the Demiurge was the god of this universe, he’s a complete dick who likes to fuck with his creation because he couldn’t make us “perfect” which went completely against his belief that he was all powerful
The Zen Master controls the weather. That’s his power. Notice the weather aligns with the element of each meditation. After you finish all four the weather goes back to normal. Otherwise another trigger I don’t know will give normal weather again. At the end he is simply becoming “one with nature” or in other words he reaches “enlightenment” and becomes potentially a neo-Buddha.
30:20 I mean, we did come across a Maelstrom ritual where they made that Lilith chick into a daemon possessed cyberpsycho
Alt still baffles me. The b is a human consciousness digitized yet larps as a fucking AI. What the hell is she on about???
The Sam the Man is back with some Cyberpunk videos and so am I.
Tarot cards if u will, tell a story about the fool the card number 0, the images give the meaning and the story of how its progressing, the same in Cyberpunk, the cards tell the story of the Fool (V) and where u find them and so on tells u the story, so 0 is where the story starts, post heist, and the world where the story ends, and the meaning of the cards are connected to the locations and the part of the story u are experiencing at the moment/ if you only scan them when u get there by following the stories( either main story or side stories)
I think there are Gnostic themes here. The Demiurge is a lesser deity (Yahweh) that creates a flawed and evil physical universe, and disguises or inhibits our relationship with the true creator who is an ultimate transcedent God. The physical world is described as fake, not real – there is a deeper reality and our souls are trapped in this reality; salvation is awakening to this and escaping our physical reality. Sounds a lot like what you are describing here in the FFB605 mystery. The mysterious monk is like a messenger trying to awaken us to this deeper truth. This is like the question over whether our universe a simulation. I think the game is about this – that there is always someone on the outside looking in, that this is acknowledged in a way to be a virtual universe (and of course it is – it is a game). The question for us is how far does this go – are we in turn trapped and playing this game. It’s turtles all the way down.
I heard the devs keep patching this game because Sam keeps uploading videos about it.
Hearing the full FF06B5 evidence explained like this, it strikes me as being about breaking the fourth wall. Meaning, the characters catching a glimpse of their own existence as fictional characters in a simulated world, and peer out of that existence to find themselves being observed by us, the Player
The FF06B5 seems like the NPC's of Night City becoming concious of us as the player, the watcher, the entity. CDPR is just fucking with us and trying to do a 4th wall break
the FF06B5 mystery fell more and more like a meta comment on the game and the programer/gamer and how those NPC piercing the veil of the 4th wall
V died during the heist when he was shot in the head. Johnny, the Tarot cards, the Zen master, FF06B5 are all just parts of V processing his death in his journey through the afterlife. Cyberpunk 2077 is basically Grim Fandago.
The Net being Hell and the evil AIs being literal demons sounds really really cool.
Wait. People thought Alt WASNT evil?
can anyone tell me the song name at 10:45? I've been trying to find it forever but I can't find the track name
Or the window is a screen looking at a person controlling an character in a simulation
4 years old, still not surpassed, and still pushing out updates that other games can only dream of. 🙂
So is mr.blue eyes cyberpunk 2077's gman?
The most enigmatic thing in this game is when are we gonna be able to customize our di-
Ok TWO important things you kind of missed Mr Bram :
1_An important fact to consider is that V has no previous knowledge of the Taro cards. I thinks it rules out some theories.
2_Alt says to V that Johnny's memories "bear no resemblance to the truth" or something close to that when V says her death wasn't his fault / was an accident, so she seems to remember quite a bit imo
The Alt you encounter in Cyberpunk 2077 is not the actual consciousness of Alt Cunningham but an imperfect copy called Alt2, a digital clone that she made and freed to run around in the net. The real Alt funneled money into failed Biotechnica cloning projects and managed to get a clone of her old body made and have her actual mind transferred to it. Later on Edgerunners would transport the corpse of Johnny Silverhand, kept frozen after his death in Arasaka Tower to the new Alt, who likely brought Johnny back the same way. The both of them are hiding out somewhere in 2077. The Johnny on the Relic chip was also created by Alt and somehow acquired by Adam Smasher and Arasaka. You can put the pieces together with the Adventure: Black Dog in Cyberpunk RED, and Cybergeneration, which while it deviates from the actual direction of the Cyberpunk story, I think certain elements such as Alt1 and Alt 2 and Johnny2.
I think Alt does know what happened in the past – She told us that everything we've seen in Johnny's memories only show the events of how he remembers them, but the truth looks different.
How would she know, or rather, say that if she didn't know what actually happened back then?
Not going to speculate about her motivations, just pointing out this small point of inconsistency amongst the Alt-rumors.
The commitment to making the same videos over and over is impressive ngl.
15:30 You're trying to rationalise Alt's actions within the fictional universe, but it's clearly a fool's errand: she's defined by her narrative role more than anything else. She's a Shakespearean ghost beckoning Johnny to let go and come join her in the afterlife, and if you unleash her on Arasaka, she does what vengeful ghosts do: kills everyone who's complicit, like in Raiders of the Lost Ark. Her actions are tuned for maximum dramatic effect and thematic payoff of finding peace by accepting mortality, I guarantee you that the writers never thought about her in-universe motivations beyond superficial plausibility.
You the man Sam. 🤙🏻
I wish CP2077 was an actual RPG with actual variations. Like, why we must follow that zen bs? Why we can't just tell that we love that neon city and can't give less of a crap about nature and balance?
Im pretty sure the monk is an ai that is disappointed with humanity
Mr blue eyes is the illusive man from mass effect an Easter egg nothing more
does anyone know if the sniper nest overlooking the zen master is related to V or if that's just part of something else? the first encounter, idk if the other encounters have something like that.
What if the zen master , the bartmoss collective sidequests and all bartmoss related sidequest were linked and need to be found and completed (maybe in a specific way like pay the braindance meditation or not) to reveal a last mission who explain everything
